GoogleI have recently bought from these guys and then rented them out with the girls and having dealt with estate agents for years through work most agents are all the same and not very good to say the least The girls here are fantastic and committed to their roles as well as for the customer investor and have shown how a good agents should be Big praise to Joanne Hughes who has been fantastic Thanks to everyone there Jimmy

GoogleThanks Danielle and Nicola for the professional and thorough work. We have successfully bought a 2-bed property in L33. They are efficient and professional. The purchase process went smooth with their help. They even offered to help get the tenant sign the tenancy agreement which was supposed to be handled by the buyer's solicitor.

GoogleI could not recommend Greenbank enough. They make a stressful time thar bit easier but also add a human touch, all the girls are very friendly and personable. They are tenacious but do it in the right way, accommodating and patient. They take so much pride in their business and act with integrity and utmost professionalism. GoogleHighly recommended!! I sold my house within 24 hours with Greenbank and from valuation to completion was kept up to date at all times, they were totally honest with any advice they gave - they really care about houses and their clients. A really warm and welcoming atmosphere in the office and everybody I dealt with was super friendly, even when I kept calling to ask daft questions and taking me on sooo many viewings! Thank you for making selling my house so easy :)

GoogleViewing clerk didn't even turn up, when there was a whole group of people waiting for the open house. We had travelled ten hours and back to see it, like some others. Only response we got was "Apologies, there was a mixup in the diary." Very unprofessional.

GoogleHighly recommend the girls at greenbank! We originally bought our property through them they were very helpful. Fast forward a year later and we decided to rent out the property. The girls were all very helpful and made the whole process easy and stress free. This was our first time renting out a property and didn't have a clue were to start! The girls took us through each step. We will definitely be using Greenbank in the future.

GoogleUpon arriving at the property that I was booked in to view, I waited outside for 30 minutes after my appointment time for an agent to arrive as the property looked vacant. I was NOT advised by Greenbank at any point that there was a family still living at the property and that I was to knock at a family home to see myself around the property, unaccompanied by an agent, which would have been no problem should they have told me that to begin with. The following morning, I called Greenbank and spoken with Joanne Hughes (apparent owner, but according to Companies House she is just 1 of 4 directors :) ). She patronised me and told me I should have the ‘common sense’ to knock at the family home (which again, looked vacant). She continued to laugh like a 13-year-old child and raise her voice throughout the whole conversation. I advised her that I did not call to argue with her and only to leave feedback, as they requested via email. She then screeched and laughed (very mature and professional). She said that my email confirmation would have stated whether an agent would be present or not, but the email did not specify. She then insisted that it was ‘miscommunication’, however it was actually misinformation from their side. Turning up at the property and there being a misunderstanding is not a massive issue… the issue is when I call the following day to resolve the issue and leave feedback but instead of a resolution or a simple explanation, I get patronised and laughed at by very rude, immature, arrogant and highly annoying member of staff.

I personally encountered a couple of problems along the way and there attitude to customer service did not change even though things could of not went through! They was always willing to help.
