Kept us informed at each stage with phone calls, etc etc. this concluded with us selling our house quite quickly and helped us move to our new home! Thank you to all the staff, especially Kim who was there to help with any queries. Friendly, efficient and professional agent worth choosing.

From the initial valuation with Nicola, to the eventual completion date for both sale and purchase, Greenbank were amazing all through our long and stressful journey in a complicated chain. The girls were always professional as well as keeping up an excellent level of communication throughout. Kerry and Olivia kept us updated with viewings and feedback, and Ruby was instrumental in showing us around the beautiful purchase we found and basically sold it to us immediately.

GoogleI chose Greenbanks as its my local estate agents and my solicitor advised me to use local only for the best service while selling my property and he was so right. They are all fantastic. I had a bit of a nightmare sale but nothing was too much trouble. They actually reassured me throughout the whole process and were very informative with terms i didnt understand. They responded super quick by email and telephone and always kept me well up to date with new information. They even contacted my buyers on a regular basis to reassure them on my behalf throughout. My solicitor even sang their praises and said there service was exellent. I cant thank Danielle enough for listening when i needed a moan, it ment so much at such a stressful time. GoogleI’m doing what I enjoy most, writing a good review when exceptional service has been provided. I’ve been looking for a property for roughly two months in Liverpool and, to be honest, in that entire time I only viewed one property with Greenbank. Coincidentally, it was the only one I needed to see from them before submitting an application. Multiple agencies had messed me around and tried to pressure me into signing contracts for properties with serious problems. It wasn’t until I started bringing my builder friend to second viewings that I became aware of all these issues for the previous letting agencies I was making applications with. Having never rented in Liverpool before, I was starting to accept that you can’t find the perfect home within my budget, there always seemed to be some kind of problem, whether it was broken windows, damp, poor structural integrity, small kitchens, no gardens, or a toilet connected to the kitchen rather than upstairs, or connected to a bedroom instead of being a standalone room (both very common in Liverpool from what I have seen). However, the property I moved into through Greenbank looked perfect on the initial viewing: a good-sized garden, within budget, in a nice area that seems safe and family-friendly, with a spacious kitchen, good-sized bedrooms, and a functional bathroom. Overall, I’m very pleased. I’m currently going through the inventory process, as I only moved in two days ago, so this is a review of my experience so far. The best thing about Greenbank, aside from the tenancy itself, has been the customer service. They have been exceptional: great communication, quick progress, and efficient turnaround. I viewed on Thursday and moved in a week later on Thursday. They are positive and warm on the phone, and overall they seem great.

GoogleI recently had to sell a property through Greenbank. We ran into a few problems, though no fault of Greenbank I must add. We required time to resolve these and a very late small extension was required. Throughout all of this process, the staff were very curteous, proffesional and most of all extremely patient in helping us resolve these issues. I would definately recommend (thanks Kerry Shortfall)

GoogleI’ve been a tenant in a property managed by Greenbank Lettings for just over 3 years. They provide an excellent service and all of the staff are absolutely lovely, I mostly dealt with Olivia, Rhianne and Jessica who have been so helpful, but all the staff I’ve dealt with there are always brilliant. Always really friendly and helpful, as well as really efficient in sorting out any issues or jobs needed on the property. So glad they were my agents. Highly recommend 😁
