GoogleI was not a Greenbank client, but was a buyer of one of their advertised properties. My conveyancing company was hit by a cyber attack and they shut down all of their systems. I found it difficult to make contact with them and was told that as the systems had been taken offline, that nobody within the the conveyancing company could access my records. Also, there was a problem with my sellers property having a charge on it. Danielle, Nikki, in fact whoever we spoke to at Greenbank's listened to what our problem was at that time (and there were a few of those moments) and found the answers, or offered good advice, as we could not speak to our conveyancer. They were absolutely superb, and when you consider that I was not a Greenbank customer, I can not praise them highly enough. Buying a house is a stressful time, but when you find yourself unable to communicate with your own conveyancer, the stress levels go through the roof. When I spoke with the staff at Greenbank's, I felt like they were holding my hand. I can't thank them enough and would certainly use them if I was ever to sell and buy again. GoogleFully recommend using Greenbank Estate Agents, as a first time buyer I found their service exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond from recommending companies to use for the survey of the house all the way to answering the little silly questions you are almost too embarrassed to ask as a first time buyer. They explained all the legal jargon in simple terms and where always on hand to deal with any queries I had in a professional and pleasant manor. Special thanks to both Danielle and Jo who both even stepped in to help chase up my own solicitor when my solicitor was slow in corresponding with the vendor to get the completion over the line in time for Christmas!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

There was NO comparisonts, Greenbank staff were Amazing, they were Welcoming, Curtious, full of energy, energy that you need in a job like there's. We're as some of the other agencies I had been to were Dull, No energy, it was " here's a list of properties, give us a ring when you've chose one" Hello aren't they supposed to ring me when they've found one, or even help me find one😟 I didn't need them anyway, as Greenbank Helped me, and I couldn't be more Happier😀 They found me a property and I found friends.
