FacebookVery disappointing customer service. It has taken a full 7-8 months to get from offer to completion with very poor communication skills! The lack of empathy for our situation of being homeless as a result of this delay was upsetting. Yes the enthusiasm may have been there at the beginning of the process but we lost our trust in the staff once we knew they were saying they were doing things but in actual fact doing very little to push along our sale. The main person who was important throughout were the purchasers not us - but Miller Town & Country were selling a property for them as well. The most used comment you may receive from one of the staff is ‘everyone is aware of your situation’ repeatedly being told this really isn’t constructive or helpful. What can I say Millers Town & Country, Okehampton? Will we ever sell or buy using your services again...no Will we be recommending friends and family to use your services .... no Did you earn your commission...no So I can’t thank you for your service nor can I recommend your service but it gives me pleasure in saying goodbye to you all!
