Lindsay made the journey to meet us in the sticks outside Crediton and introduced us to the vendors who were lovely and welcoming; there was clearly a warm relationship established already. We were shown around the house in an unhurried and informative way with all of our questions being answered. Lindsay was a great communicator before, during and after the viewing, listening well and clearly understanding our quite specific requirements! A great service all-round.

What can I say - John, Clare, Abi & the team have been incredible to me and my family. They were so invested in our house move on such a personal level that is almost unexplainable. The journey was personally tough but Abi and the team were with us every step of the way, going above and beyond the call of duty. Clare provided an amazing touch to photos- coming over and guiding upn how to best present our home, down to lending us her own furniture. John approached our sale with such enthusiasm and realistic expectations- no nonsense attitude and Abi is a force of nature, driving the sale through to the end with a determination I've never seen before. The entire team are so bloody lovely, kind and they truly and honestly want the best for their clients, in fact, I never felt like a client. We were treated like family, like no one else mattered except us. This was mine and my husbands first time selling and buying a house. Miller were absolutely fantastic right from the get go. We particularly want to mention Amanda and Abi. Amanda came to our home address to value the property and informed us of the process of selling/buying. She also provided recommendations for a solicitor to assist in our sale, who were equally as brilliant. Abi was fantastic throughout. She handled the sale of our home and the subsequent buying of our next home. Her communication and attention to detail were second to none. We had regular email updates from Abi informing us of progress and she was always on hand to speak to us should we need it. We were very impressed by the service received from Miller Town & Country Estate Agents, led by John Simmons and his team at their Okehampton office. Over the years we’ve bought and sold a home on five separate occasions. Up until our commissioning Miller Town and Country, no estate agency has come anywhere near the service level John and his team delivered to us. From the outset, everything was done in a professional and timely manner. The great photographs and dialogue describing our home on the various web platforms used, were accurate and well presented. We never had cause to keep contacting Millers, since they were proactive in keeping us current on all developments as the sales process progressed. Once we’d accepted the best offer on our home, John was outstanding as he liaised with our prospective buyers, their solicitor and our solicitor. Because one is not normally buying and selling one’s home on any regular basis, having John’s counsel on hand to give guidance was enormously helpful. House is lovely and offers what we need. Only consideration for us was garden was smaller than would have liked. We understand vendors have an offer accepted and as our house is not yet sold we are not in a position to offer anything as yet.
