GoogleA refreshingly different approach to estate agency. Would highly recommend MTC and especially Helena in the Okehampton office who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process to completion. It wasn't always easy but she persevered and overcame some challenges we faced along the way. All in all would definitely look to use MTC again in the future.

GoogleOur viewing was made very easy and comfortable. Helena was very professional but friendly and knowledgeable at the same time. She was able to answer all our questions and was very kind to my wife who has reduced mobility. It was so good we made an offer !

GoogleMiller Town & Country are a really nice small and independent estate agents. We went to view a bungalow in Winkleigh and Lindsey the agent showing us around was absolutely lovely and welcoming as was everyone in the office in Okehampton when we called in with the paperwork with our fur babies who were also made a fuss of so it has to be 5 stars all the way .

GoogleMiller Town and Country were without doubt the best Estate agents I have worked with. (I have bought n sold ten houses since 1999. )what made me choose …. Mr Mathew Miller came to the property spent two hours talking things through.. His advise was factual and professional.. it was in My favour as the vendor as opposed to quick sale lowering price for a quick sale in the estate agents favour. Mr Miller was diplomatic in guiding me to the right price for the current market. For those who care to listen ..he knows his stuff!!!! The team at Okehampton sadly …I couldn’t find a word better than excellent so that will have to do. They always made time to contact me at their earliest opportunity . ..If they were out. No question or comments were ignored always just right in their communication skills. An absolute delight to work with such nice , diligent professionals. But Luna the chocolate brown spaniel X helped to confirm my choice 😁. As they show you which are the best humans to work with. My best wishes to the team and with lots of gratitude for all that they did to ensure a stress free and professional service. WM

Throughout the viewing she was informative, professional and well‑prepared, creating a really positive experience. GoogleFrom the valuation of my property through to the end of the process Miller Town and Country have been a pleasure to work with completely turning the stereotypical estate agent reputation on its head. I haven't had the easiest sale but from beginning to end the team have been a pleasure to work with and so knowledgeable, supportive, proactive and willing to do what is needed. Frequently going above and beyond. Special recognition should go to John for his impressive and honest market analysis that initially drew us to the team and Abi for genuinely being there every step of the way through thick and thin. GoogleI had my property on sale with a different estate agent for 6 months and had only received one viewing so decided to change agents. As soon as I changed to Miller Town and Country I started getting viewings. I think it was possible the fifth or sixth viewing that turned into a sale. I found all the staff at Miller Town and Country to be very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They recommended a few solicitors and the one I chose handled my sale vey well and it was just over seven weeks from viewing to completion.
