GoogleA very dishonest estate agent. I rented a property of them in 2019, my contract was due to begin on the 1st of June. I got a call from an agent of their asking me (pushing me) to start the contract on the 29th May instead, I accepted as I didn't think much of it. Fast forward three month and I find out the government introduced the legislation removing the agent's fees on the 1st of June 2019 which would have exempted me but I literally got tricked to sign earlier so that I would pay the £450. I do not recommend them one bit.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleMust have called at least 10-15 times over the last week to book a viewing on a letting property and gotten through to someone twice, both times the sales team saying the letting team aren't available and will call me back but never do. Honestly given up won't rent any properties they're letting out.

GoogleAbsolutely appaling services and management. The Landlords matters are chased up and the tenants issue have to be followed up by the tenant and it takes them literally weeks before I get a response. Incompetence at its peak! Just as a side note, Landlords treating tenants like animals will only come to bite them back in their bum sooner or later.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleExtremely uncivilised agency on the verge of being illegal. The house in which one of the doors was left unlocked has been rented to me. Two months later, there are no keys for the lock. Many promises have been made to call back, but no action has been taken.

GoogleThe branch in Oadby and all of their staff were excellent all the way through the process and went above and beyond their call of duty to asssit us in what proved to be a very challenging transaction due to other poor operating agents and solicitors in our chain. Daniel has a very good team and runs a very professional office.
