I've had some truly terrible experiences dealing with landlords and lettings agents before, from not recording rent payments to allowing problems with my rental property to go unresolved for the duration of my lease.
These guys (and girls) are the true antitheses of those other money grabbing agents! They are helpful, punctual and actually do all the things they promise they will do, when they say they'll do it! I honestly cannot recommend the guys at Phillips George highly enough.

I sold my property with this estate agent in the year of 2017 and they do exactly what they intend to do and that is to sell your property.
I watched them in my home showing people around and they got the viewings straight away and sold the property quite quickly to unlike previous estate agents where there had been a few issues.
If you want someone that will do a professional service while you are away abroad or in the UK then these people are for you..especially if you have a property in south wigston,wigston or oadby

Hi Marlon, thanks for your review. As part of our service to landlords, we are obliged to ensure that any potential tenant is fully referenced. As part of this referencing, self employed tenants are required to provide at least two years of accounts in order to prove a track record of financial stability. While my colleague was checking your details, you mentioned that you are only able to provide one year of accounts, therefore we would not be able to pass you through referencing. This was explained to you on the call and has nothing whatsoever to do with discrimination or the amount of time you have been in the country. All the best with your search.
