From then on the team handled all our viewings, securing us a sale in under 10 days with buyers that matched our criteria, able to wait the 8 months it took for our new build to be ready. During that time Sam worked between ourselves and our buyers to ensure clear lines of communication and, at times, was a good listener when the usual ups and downs of house moving became a little stressful.
