Having to cope with two cantankerous 70 year olds is a challenge for anyone but Samantha managed to approach the issue with patience, politeness and a positive attitude ready to face the challenges that she knew would be forthcoming. While we had a number of concerns about the whole process of buying a new home and expecting a lengthy period of arranging viewings and extended negotiations with potential sellers before securing an acceptable offer, Samantha continued to display a positive attitude and a level of confidence and personal commitment which reassured us to the extent that eventually showed our concerns were groundless. We could not fault Samantha’s level of professionalism and enthusiasm which she displayed on a number of occasions in communications with potential sellers to the extent that she was able to secure the perfect property within the first few weeks of our search in what is a very competitive market, well done Samantha that is some achievement. In conclusion I would like to stress that Samantha always demonstrated a broad range of interpersonal and communication skills in keeping us abreast of any discussions or potential issues expressed by interested parties and providing constructive solutions when necessary. Thank you Samantha for all your hard work.

We highly recommend Phillips George. Clare was fantastic from day 1. What could have been quite a stressful journey with new baby arriving and the chain falling through Clare was always there keeping us up to date with no delays in communication. Negotiations are paramount in securing the right price to agree on either side of the parties involved and Samantha made sure this was the case. They always kept us updated of the progress. First let me start by saying that this is the first review I have ever written, so that alone proves how special Phillips George are, however, here is more detail to back me up! After getting several estate agents to come and value our property, Phillips George Estate agent was a no brainer. They sold our property within a day and above asking price. Every member of the team was absolutely fantastic, especially Clare who we dealt with throughout our selling process. The guidance and reassurance Clare provided us with was second to none. The service was truly impeccable. Clare went above and beyond to help us with issues that weren't particularly her role. We made a few bad decisions with regards to mortgage advisors (I won't name and shame) but without Clare being so friendly and approachable this would have been a whole lot more stressful for us. My husband and I highly recommend Phillips George Estate Agent, you will not get a better service😊
