We found a property to rent on Rightmove and when we went to see the property, Millie Ruck was there and showed us around. She was very cheerful and beautiful which instantly puts you at ease. She exuded confidence in her knowledge and patience with any questions, you can tell she is experienced in her work. She was delightful and helpful and extremely professional and has great etiquette. She responded so quick to all of our emails and let us know the update of the situation within hours. Which for us was so important as we were in need of a property ASAP and we were on edge every day. We have been in a negative situation for the whole of 2022 and she has been the light of this year for us! And not only that but really this is a key turning point in our lives to find a property for our own so she is part of a key point in us having our freedom in 24 years, she made that possible and the experience was nothing but bliss. She is very reliable and trustworthy! Also I still can't believe she isn't a model. :)

Connor was most helpful in arranging the initial viewing and then a subsequent viewing once we were in a position to offer. Our offer was dealt with efficiently and accepted right after Christmas. From start to finish I can’t fault, Steve and a Jason were great at the start commutated with us, put our offer in, once all accepted we were put on to Michelle for the rest, well what can I say if it wasn’t for Michelle keeping me calm and sane throughout this process I don’t think the sale would have gone through, and that’s not due to Loveitts and having problems with them, it was due to the sellers being an absolute nightmare.I must have contacted Michelle everyday for about 2 months towards the end, things were getting tight and we were about to be homeless with two children from having to be out of our rental property and nothing was too much trouble for her. She did what she said she would do, communicated with us all the time, even if she had nothing to update us with.Michelle is an absolute credit to the company, it was a shame we couldn’t collect the keys from her office so we could have both enjoyed the moment together :) Thanks for everything Michelle you kept me going on our very stressful journey.

We used Loveitts Leamington Spa Branch to rent out our flat in Warwick. Millie Ruck was in charge of everything and she was absolutely wonderful. She got pictures of the flat taken so quickly and from the day it went online to when we got tenants in the flat was three weeks. She answered all our questions and had the added difficulty that we live in Australia. Would 100% recommend Millie to anyone, she was awesome!

Rebekah Gill helped me with the eviction of a troublesome and unpleasant tenant. Rebekah went above and beyond, phoning me, writing extra emails and letters to the tenant, filling forms so all I had to do was sign, and she was helpful, friendly and supportive throughout. She nearly had me in tears a couple of times; I could not believe how far she put herself out to help me. Eviction was successful and R did far more than she had to. I would recommend Rebekah and Loveitts to anyone going through the grim eviction process! Superb. Thank you.

Loveitts have been fantastic from the word go, from the moment I met Sara at the property to the moment the sale completed! They explained the whole process, entered the property into an auction much sooner than I expected and kept me informed at regular intervals throughout. Sara advised me on the guide /reserve price according to the level of interest generated and she was absolutely spot on with her advice. The property achieved more than we expected and was all completed with the money in the bank in 4 weeks without any problems. What an excellent service! Thank you Sara, Chloe and the auction team for all your help and advice, I would most definitely recommend you to anyone or indeed use your services again myself in the future.

Never auctioned a property before. I was under the impression my property could go for a lot less than I wanted and it was a gamble. This isn’t true. I had a reserve and got more than reserve. And we started off at a low price too! Gets them interested. The turn around time is 28 days for payment so that’s a positive… or like us we agreed at the beginning with one bidder if they were to win then we would wait a few more weeks. Also, you. CAn decide if the property is empty or not so the buyer takes on that responsibility as long as you put it in the pack. Great team. sara and Chloe were very helpful from start to finish. They even do all the viewings for you which is included in the small fee they charge to list. You only pay another fee if the property sells and it’s very reasonable.

Only at the start was there a wobble, originally didn’t pick up that there was a clause on the house that might have disqualified me from buying, but it wasn’t obvious in the house deeds so entirely forgivable. Ever since after that have been great, Michelle was well informed and kept us in the loop with comms, far from an easy move but she was a rock throughout, she went on holiday towards the end (After we were supposed to have completed anyway) and she passed everything on to Jamie who was on top of things as soon as he picked it up. Couldn’t be happier with the service, thanks to everyone

Dealing with this Sales Team made what has been a sad process of selling our parents home painless and allowed us to have a deep sense of satisfaction now that the sale has gone through.
