Loveitts have provided an excellent buyer experience

Loveitts are a great Estate Agents to work with when buying a property as they are very responsive and ensure that there is great communication at all times.We recently bought a property which was a probate property and which had been empty for some time. Jamie and Chelsey were great at supporting us at the start of the process and with organising viewings and any queries we had. Jamie supported us while we waited to hear if our offer had been accepted and with the negotiations with the seller.The process of buying took longer as it was a Probate property. However, Michelle at Loveitts supported us every step of the way with the process. Enabling, the surveyor and additional trades people to access the property to assess and provide quotes and for us to have additional viewings to check details such as the loft space. Michelle also chased up both sets of solicitors and kept us informed when things seemed to go quiet with the conveyancing process.

Would use Loveitts again to sell a property

Really pleased with the service received from Loveitts on the sale of my late parents property. From the beginning Chelsey and Jamie were fantastic and made me feel confident in the process. Fantastic support from beginning to end

We brought our family home through Loveiits, after what had been a very difficult 18 months of issues arising with buyers of our property, loveitts were a breath of fresh air of support. The level of professionalism Michelle, chelsea and Jamie demonstrated was second to none and their communication is consistent, open & honest. Michelle was a fantastic sales progressor and so on the ball and supportive of our situation having a new born baby as well as a toddler, so took alot of the stress away from us. First auction experience

This was my first experience of using an auction house to sell a property and it could not have been better. My initial enquiry was greeted with an honest and balanced review of my needs and advice was given freely without any kind of pressure to sign up. Every question I asked was answered thoroughly and I could see their (Sally and Sara) knowledge of both the local area and the market was considerable. They guided me through the process from start to finish, the end result was better than I could have hoped for and the fees entirely reasonable. They went the extra mile more than once. Having worked in sales and customer service my entire career I can say without hesitation that they get it so right. I shall recommend these guys again and again.

I am so happy I used loveitts. After a bad experience with another estate agents. Steve and Jason put me at ease and made the whole process so much better. They have a lot of knowledge and are professional but friendly and were always easy to get hold of and would give you honest advice when needed. Once sold I then dealt with Michelle and she was just as lovely. Friendly, professional and would always keep me updated on things and would be easy to get hold of. A really good experience :)

Probate sale

We have had a good experience selling my late Mum’s house through Loveitts. We had three agents to value the property and found Paul to be the most considered and professional and he gave us the confidence that his team would be able to achieve a sale at a price acceptable to us. Jamie arranged viewing appointments and always kept us informed and appraised us of feedback from potential buyers. A sale was achieved quite quickly and negotiations handled well. This was a bereavement sale so everyone had to be patient for Probate to be granted but we were never left wondering what was happening. We had been assured that Michelle was a good sales progressor and that was certainly true. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt sure that she would also have been helpful to the buyers as well as us, her client. We are pleased that we chose the company to sell for us and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you for the team effort.

Loveitts were recommended to me by my parents who recently sold their home. From the first home visit from Jason he made me feel comfortable and educated me about the selling process, allowing me to set a price that worked best for me. A very successful stress free auction sale.

We had to sell a relatives house in Coventry as they were moving to a care home in the south of England. We looked at a number of Coventry estate agents and decided to contact Loveitts given their central location and many years of experience in the area. At the time we favoured an auction sale but really had little idea what it entailed. So we met with Sara at our relatives house and she gave us a very comprehensive explanation of what it would involve. She also looked around the house and gave us a broad valuation of what it might fetch. So we agreed to go ahead for auction route. Sara was always available to discuss any issues that arose, and Chloe and Lisa who looked after the paperwork and liaison with potential, and actual buyers/solicitors etc were excellent. We are pleased to say that right up to auction day things were managed in a calm and timely manner. The house exceeded the guide price which was particularly pleasing. Right through to completion Sara and her colleagues kept things moving along and keeping us informed, whilst liaising with buyers and solicitors. We can’t quite believe how stress free the whole auction sale process was, and are really glad that we decided to use Loveitts.

There aren’t enough words to describe this team, but I’ll start off with amazing!

I initially made my phone call to Loveitts with a lot of apprehension, I’d never sold a property before never mind selling by auction! I initially spoke to Sally who gave me all of the information I needed over the phone and she could tell I was still really unsure so offered to visit us at our house and discuss it with us in more detail - ensuring she gave a lot of info between selling via the traditional method of selling a house and by auction.We made our decision to go to auction and from there it was smooth sailing really.Dealt with Lisa via email, who ensured all the correct documents were sent to me and replied back to each of my emails either on the same day or the next morning depending on when I sent them… we had Sara who came to the property with her complete honesty and told us where we stood in terms of the auction - she gave us more information about how it worked and what to expect from the moment the house went online and that carried on up to a few days before the auction, really easing our nerves. (Auctioning a house is really nerve racking!!)We dealt with Chloe a lot over the phone who was always on the phone to us to let us know when people were going to the house - even ensuring our instructions were followed as the house was empty, we needed to ensure we knew when people were going in and out of the house and we were kept informed of everything - even when offers were made on the house, we were kept totally informed of everything that was going on! An hour after the auction had finished, I got a congratulatory call from Sara to let me know what would happen next.. The amazing experience even went as far as the moment I handed the keys back, I had a lot of my possessions in the car and feeling reluctant to leave the car on the street while I went inside the office, I called to see if I could use their carpark while I dropped the keys off - to this moment I feel that they knew how tired i was as emptying a house is a lengthy process!! But my request was met with open arms and Chloe even came out to meet me so I didn’t have to leave the car! For me, it’s the small things that matter but not only did the whole team provide on the small things, they dealt with the bigger things too and made the whole experience easy.I came across Loveitts as the house I’ve just sold was initially rented to me through them, before I bought it off the landlord, and because of they’re efficiency when I was renting it felt like a no brainer that when I was selling it that I kept with them… and I’d certainly do it again if I still lived in Coventry.

Stress free Block Management!

From the moment I contacted Loveitts, they have been very responsive and make a concerted effort to answer all of my questions and queries promptly.
