Loveitts have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish in the purchase of my property. Extremely responsive to phone calls,emails and genuinely having an understanding throughout. They supported me and the venders together through the process. I completed on 6.9.22 and the process was smooth. They evan gave me a gift box full of goodies to start living in my new home. A special thanks to Bethany (Beth) who has been wonderful and extremely helpful during a difficult time during the pandemic when lockdown was a lot more strict.

Great service from Michelle, Jason and Steve. We lost our parents and needed to sell house and Michelle, Jason and Steve were kind, patient and informative from the start of the process to the end. The communication was first class and Michelle was of great help with our solicitors when the process needed to move along.

I would just like to say that we felt like when we rang at any time in the day that nothing was to much trouble, I would like to bring special attention to chloe, she is exceptionally good at her job and I never felt like I couldn't call her even though I may have already rang her 6 times 😁, if there is ever a wonderful example of customer service Chloe is it

It’s so nice to see some genuine good customer service, having previously been with Connells (who were useless btw!) it’s nice to see Loveitts are completely different thanks to people like Jade.

I think selling this house was one of the most difficult houses ever caused by difficult tenants, buyers pulling out and then the buyer from hell. And throughout the process, the Loveitts team kept their cool and got the house sold. They most certainly earnt their fee from my house and then probably more. A huge shout out to the entire team, but particularly Jas, Chelsea, Jamie and Michelle who were fantastic. Thanks Everyone!!!
