Recently enquired about a rental was placed on hold twice to be told to complete a form before you can view the house. Person sounded unsure what he was doing and could hear a lot of swearing in the background quite a shock you don't expect to call a professional company to be hosted with a load of expletives!
Loveitts are concerned to read this review and is contrary to what we expect as a firm in what we provide. An internal investigation will be conducted. If you would like further clarification on the process please contact our lettings team and we can assist further.

Loveitts were helpful and supportive from day one. We were happy with the valuation, support from staff for viewings and keeping us informed by email and phone. The only thing which could be improved upon is the online Property File updates which were not always kept updated, so when we signed in the current position was not accurate. Thankyou

The staff are very helpful. They made the pre-auction process very easy for me and I was able to buy a property pre-auction. They communicated with the seller and my solicitor at every step. This is the first time I have bought at auction and I felt like I was in a whirlwind but supported with phone calls and explanations guiding me through. This was much easier than I expected so well done team.
