When my property was completed and I collected the keys I was given a house warming gift. Friendly and professional staff.

I cannot rate Loveitts highly enough. Right from the beginning when Carys came to value our late mums property, Chelsey then helped us followed by Michelle. The service and efficiency was excellent and we were kept up to date all of the time. A very difficult time selling mums house was made easier by the excellent service we had. I would not hesitate to recommend Loveitts

This was due to no coincidence- The 2 young ladies Charis and Chelsey are a driving force of enthusiasm, possessing tenacity and displaying a level of professionalism that is first class. TrustpilotStarted off well but fees seem to be more important than customer service
At the beginning Loveitts were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Unfortunately my experience has been completed changed in the last couple of weeks by one email. I received a email which told me that Loveitts had contacted my Solicitors for my new purchase without my authority (as I am not purchasing through them) and that I should consider breaking the chain and move out of my house, without a conservation with myself being had. Unfortunately I got the feeling that the fees that would be paid on completion was slightly more important than customer service. Selling a house is stressful in itself and a more customer friendly approach would have been very much appreciated. On this basis I would not recommend.

Good morning Miss Lydon, Thank you for your feedback. All feedback is very important to us in order for us to improve our service. It is normal practice for agents to speak with conveyancers up and down the chain, very often we will liaise with solicitors that aren't involved in our own customers sales and purchases but rather those above or below in the chain. We are sorry that this came as an unexpected surprise. In relation to breaking the chain, this is something that was suggested by conveyancers and as such agents act as messengers to pose any questions or suggestions. At no point would we pressurise our own customers in to moving out of their home- particularity if the chain is not at threat of falling through and any sales being lost. Given that the property was sold within 8 days of going to the market we also hope for a stress free and smooth transaction up until completion- something the staff are assisting with and I am sure will keep you updated on. Thanks again for your feedback and may we wish all the very best for your future move.

Very bad experience. Came from Walsall, had some issues. I was late for viewing 16min. The said they can wait 15, but for that 1min the lady was rude and refused showing the property. I strongly recommend avoid this agency. If they are behaving like this, definitely not good for long term.

We are sorry for your bad experience, however access was not provided despite arrangement from the tenants in situ - this was out of our control but meant we could not proceed with the viewings as explained to all people who were present. We have made alternative arrangements with each party to conduct viewings again and would be happy to accommodate accordingly.

Landlords beware. They withhold money from your rent for repairs that you haven't consented to. I explicitly told them to not make a certain repair only to find money deducted for that repair from my monthly rent. They lie at every step, to your face. Do not use them.

A contractor call out charge was taken from the rent and at no point have we mislead or lied but informed you as to what the charge relates to.
