Bad experience

FUNNY GOT BLOCKED FROM THIS PAGE AFTER TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT THEM. IF ANYONE WANTS EVIDANCE OF MY ACCUSATIONS FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE ME I HAVE MANY BACK AND FORTH EMAILS AS EVIDANCE I rented a property through loveitts. They were nothing but rude and unprofessional throughout my entire property. Upon moving in I had several issues. I had no running hot water during the night. I also had storage heaters had several issues with them to the point I had no heating. After contacting loveitts me and my partner was left without hot water for several months. I also had a significant amount of rain water coming through my front door that caused several floods at the bottom of my stairs. Loveitts never bothered to act upon any repairs and my property was left in such a state with all the nessassary repairs. When James Cole and Rebekah Gill came out for management visits, they were nothing but rude and came across very aggressive to myself and my partner to the point where my social worker had to step in numerous of times. I was always left felt scared upon management visits. In two different occasions management have given me no warning to turning up to my property and have let themselves in on one occasion without consent. I have many emails back and forth about repairs that needed to take place. Loveitts have no consideration to their tenants and do not have their tenants saftey as first priority. After loveitts failed to carry out any repairs I stopped paying rent and placed all rent into a savings account waiting for them to carry out the repairs. After 2 months and a half months had past with no communication from the landlords in regards to the repair I served loveitts with an immediate notice to quit the property and handed the keys back. During handing the keys back, James Cole came across very judgemental and unprofessional. Therefore I WOULD NOT recommend to anyone and will warn any future people wanting to rent through loveitts to NOT TO DO SO. expecially if you have children. Loveitts are rude and unprofessional and have never had an issue with any housing provider.

Overcharged service

Terrible service, blood-sucking agency!At the end of our rent, we spent more than 1 week cleaning the rented apartment, we also hired a high-rating professional cleaning service to clean the apartment. They spent 9 hours cleaning every little detail of the apartment, we monitored the situation and were very happy about the results. We even left some well functioning appliance, such as a fully functional tumble dryer, in the apartment, as a courtesy to our nice landlord over the years.However, this agency examined it as 'poorly cleaned', and charged us another 200 pounds 'for professional cleaning'. Absolutely ridiculous! They also charged 100 pounds for removing the items! For god sake, we left good stuff there for the purpose of a nice gesture!Along with some other overpriced course regarding damaged furniture, overall they charged us nearly 700 pounds!I understand agencies usually charges extra to keep the cash flow, but this is downright greedy and ridiculous. Please, avoid if possible.

Very bad. The property was in a bad state. Agency would never fix problems. I had to spend my own time and money in fixing things properly. In the end of the tenancy agency tried to steel my deposit, by making up damages. After I have proved that damage was done prior to my move in, it took them 1 year (exactly) to return my deposit after so many emails. I dont advise to rent from them, if you have to, make sure you take all measures to protect your deposit.

Absolute bunch of clowns

Absolute bunch of clowns. From trying to get a viewing to the acknowledgment of existing damage caused by the previous tennant (trying to charge me for it) to trying to charge me for dust on door frames. Can't return a call or an email and quite frankly when they do you might as well talk to a wall. Seems as a tennant they are only interested in keeping their landlords happy and forget the tennant once they are no longer paying them money. Sadly I paid all my rent even though I was advised to not pay my last month and let them take it out of my bond. It also would appear that there is no such thing as common courtesy once you are no longer a tennant. Promised four calls and an email and having spend over ten days chasing them finally get told the manager has been busy. Sorry Loveitts but if that's the best you can do then I'll remind you it isn't the 1980's and customer service has moved on. Hopefully I'll never need your services again in any capacity and I'll do my best to make sure people know what a disgraceful experience I've had from your business.

I bought a property at Auction from them, and they helped me though every step of the way, from giving me a glass of water (to help me cope with the shock of having actually been able to buy my own property! I did not expect that...) though the identification and deposit payment all the way to completion, they were faultlessly polite and efficient. As were their solicitors, who (when I can remember their name) will also get a good review from me. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and helpful their people were to me, and I don't get to say that as often as I would like. Thanks to loveitts I am tantalsingly close to being a member of the aristoracy. I have "property" and I am skint!

I had rented a flat via Loveitts in Nuneaton i was happy with their service until i really needed their assistance with the mix up with keys. When handing back my keys at the end of my contract i accidentally handed my front door key to my new home in Devon and not to the flat i rented in Nuneaton. When i realised i had made this mistake i called the office and spoke with Avril Wilson who is the manager and she refused to help me by saying " its not my problem and i don't have to go out my way to help you" to post the key to me recorded delivery and i would reimburse the cost of posting because of this i have chosen to have my locks changed at a cost that i can not afford.

They are nothing but a bunch liars who only gives false information and do all sort of dodgy work to get the rent out from you and never help with anything.They should be banned to do any business in the Country because whatever they do is suspicious.They do have any idea about anything and have no experience to run the business and most of their staff are rude and inexperienced and cannot do anything properly.As per the Company House, they were charged with the case in the past which can tell the history of there corrupt business.I warn everything to stay away from these fraudsters else you will cry.
