David from your Westerhope sales office is extremely helpful, he is making what would normally be a stressful process really easy, He is very informative and we feel we have been able to choose finishes in a relaxed and safe environment without feeling pressured as these are important decisions to make. He is friendly and approachable and we are looking forward to moving into our new home with his guidance.

Our experience from day 1 has been very positive due to the pleasant and well natured person that is Chrissie Fielding. Always warm and welcoming and committed to giving the best service all the time. We have a few visits with Chrissie and this never changed at all, always looking after us and getting the answers we needed to make fairly quick decisions. Chrissie arranged everything for us and ensured that everything was planned and ready for when we arrived, I cannot express how much of a stress relief this was and we almost felt at home and relaxed through this process which in the past has been quite stressful and sometimes painful. She's a diamond and so helpful and welcoming.

From the initial call to taking us around the plot it has been perfect. Jo from the Pirton Fields development has been wonderful and always on hand to answer any of our questions. She does not push you to make any quick decisions which we love.

Worst mistake I have ever made

Calderwood development Very poor finish the five months I have been in my new house has been one repair after another final straw drafts coming in the windows front door french doors water coming in utility door french doors worst mistake I’ve made buying this house.Every interior wall/ceiling has been repaired repainted flooring coming apart still not had any contact from the flooring company weeks after reporting it I could go on forever with issues

Appalling aftercare

Were overall happy with the house, but every neighbour we've spoke to agrees the fences have been done to a poor standard. We've had a bowing fence we've been trying to get fixed since August 3rd, which still hasn't been sorted almost 2 months later.Dealing with customer care has been a dreadful experience, we've had to make over 40 phone calls, had 3 no call no shows from the contractor before finally turning up, agreeing that its not right and needs fixing but that he'll need to discuss with customer care. Emails and voicemails go ignored with customer care, and for the last 3 days we haven't even been able to get a hold of anyone by phone.Not sure what else we can do at this point other than warn others about the dreadful aftercare you're likely to receive.

When looking at other developers theirs are much better and gives the buyers a better idea of what they are buying.We are not moved in yet but have been extremely happy with the service so far.

Poor customer service from Ashberry / Bellway

We bought a house from Ashberry Homes last year. The house was ready before we were ready to move in so they rushed all the handover paperwork to transfer the responsibility to the aftersales customer care team. When we moved in, we found out that the garden was messy and the carpets were not cleaned. After multiple emails with the Bellway Customer Services (Ashberry's sister company), they agreed to provide an additional carpet cleaning service and a garden service. The loan was mowed on a very rainy day and the garden ended up with multiple bald areas. We contacted with them again, showed the pictures and again after multiple emails, they agreed to provide an after service to bring the garden back to normal. After 3 additional visits, the garden is still in the same condition and they don't take any responsibility from now on. The overall service was quite satisfactory until we had to deal with the after sales customer services team. Our advice to the potential customers is to ensure Ashberry Homes provide a proper garden before the move in date, otherwise you have to deal with the poor after-sales customer services and may end up with no success on your issues.

Ashberry- Not the excellent experience promised

The service and support from Anna (the Sales Rep) has been great, I was really disappointed to find that the moment that we were able confirm that we were a cash buyer there was an unexpected and unannounced £3,000 price increase. Not a huge amount in the scheme of the price of the property, but it was not the way that we expected Ashberry Homes to do business.
