GoogleGreat communication skills from each member of the team. The staff are always available to respond to calls and emails which is very helpful. Each staff that helped us in this journey was very friendly. I love how emails are sent regularly with clear details. In all I had great experience. Lastly what surprised me and my partner was the welcome package to us. Thank you

GoogleThis company does not care about their customers. They advertised a house for a specific date, and we paid a holding deposit without viewing the house because they said it would be done after passing the application. We have already reached the advertised date, and nothing has happened. After passing the background check, I gave notice to my landlord. Now they are saying that I should not have based my decision on the advertisement date and that I should have asked the agent. They recently changed the date on their website to "ask the agent." They claim the house needs repairs but do not specify what kind of repairs or give a completion date. How can an agency be so irresponsible?

Only giving 1 star because i can't give zero. Absolutely abysmal, rented a property through Alsops, of whom where excellent. But the property moved agents to Wise Living who where the complete opposite, Months to fix basic problems, poor telephone interaction and now we've left, no effort to get my deposit back to me after 3 months. Will update when get an outcome

GoogleI’d give zero stars but that’s not an option. Reported lots of issues with the property during 3 year period that didn’t get resolved just continually ignored then they invoiced me £1200 when I left to fix the issues I’d raised during the tenancy! My advice is do not rent through this company.

GoogleHorrendous experience. The shower leaked the whole time I was there and they never sorted it. The carpet in the bedroom went mouldy due to the damp coming through from the leak. Customer service didn’t seem able to sort the problem. Then when I left the property they charged me over £300 which was not justified. Avoid!
