GoogleReally disappointed we have just moved in to our new house after being told we have to put our original moving date back so the vender could make the home perfect it is any thing but!! It hasn't been finished after asking the estate agent multiple times to check it'll be done the loft is in a state the bath was discussing! It was dusty and dirty and not remotely finished to a standard we were told it would be I would of thort someone would of checked it before today and that the estate agent would of at least come inside to Check it was at least clean really put a dampener on what should of been an exciting day

GoogleMy experience first started with Ben who explained the whole process and put me at ease! He answered all my questions and was very friendly!
I was then passed onto Adrienne who went above and beyond for me! Literally nothing was to much and even sorted things that was really not her job with a smile on her face! This women was my guardian angel and took all the stress away from me! This is an A* service that I would definitely recommend to everyone! The service price was nothing compared to the service I received!

From the start, the team were reactive in getting the property marketed quickly and proactive in chasing the sale through the various stages and liaising with all parties concerned including property management companies, solicitors and other agents involved in the chain. At all times the team were professional and very customer focused. Very impressed; they have been so much better than other agents I have dealt with in the past.
