GoogleI'm both a landlord and a letting customer I find the landlord monthly statements much clearer than other letting agents and all properties are always let a for an extremely reasonable fee. As a tennant I found the sign up process fantastic and the day to day management excellent no matter how small the issue.

GoogleAbsolutely dreadful. Lack of communication between the staff and overall dreadfully organised. Were shown the wrong size houses on viewings and when we signed one they seemed incapable of giving us the means to complete the forms to hand over the house. Ignorant staff do not reply to emails.
