GoogleMy entire experience with this particular branch have been a breeze. Ella has been the one to handle my application and has bent over backwards to help me in any way she can. My credit score isn’t great but she was so kind and lovely, and was really amazing at reassuring me that it isn’t the end of the world. She’s been wonderful at keeping me updated throughout the process, even phoning me one day after she left the office because she was really poorly, but still keen to keep me in the loop. Ella handled everything with flawless professionalism, but her sweet, friendly manner just made the whole process less stressful. She is a genuine asset to the company and I can’t praise her enough for how brilliant she is - approachable, organised, and just an all-round diamond.

When we arrived at the property we found Ella. She let us go around the property freely, without her being behind us all the time (we really appreciated this!) but she was there to answer all our questions.
