Robert Ellis letting has been a great help in getting our son settled into accommodation after moving from Manchester. Hannah Sutcliffe has been such a great help, and even passing on items which do not come under her remit. Making sure we were advised or aware that someone has been informed and hopefully get things fixed. Nothing is too much and my son is aware of what he can do /or is available to him for assistance. Thank you Hannah for giving peace and assurance to us. From very grateful parents. People have mentioned how happy our son is since moving into his flat.

Jai handled our application and tenancy agreement and was very personable and professional. We've dealt with a lot of letting agents over the years, having rented in 3 different cities and moved about a fair bit, and Robert Ellis is one I'd recommend. Very thorough (green flag!) and always prompt with communications. Moving is stressful as it is but we picked up keys the other day and Robert Ellis definitely helped it be as smooth as possible.

Renting my property, must admit was a bit apprehensive about this ..but while my mum is very poorly it was standing empty Hannah has been exceptional in helping me understand each step of the way and her knowledge is exceptional ... there was a few issues along the way which kindly explained and sorted the problems with the 3rd party repairs I have had Robert Ellis look after the running of the rental which i thought was exceptional value and know any issues are well in hand .. including handing over of utility bills untill im ready to move back in Thankyou Hannah for your support

[reviewing as a tenant] They helped me find a place in during covid, Daniel was stellar in communication, with getting me a virtual visit and keeping me informed at all stages. Ella went through a very pleasant routine property inspection, taking diligent notes and photos of things that need attending to. I hope my landlord will see these photos/notes and make sure to act. Its also good for them to see their property being respected and looked after under my tenancy. [UPDATE] Landlord evicted me subject to a no-fault eviction (many folk getting this with the new renters rights bill) by Scott Simpson has been phenominal at managing my anxieties around the eviction, offered to support every step, helped me with pointers for end of tenancy and as a result I had a full deposit return. He's been patient around inspections and supportive around when I was dealing with a close bereavement, which made it harder than usual to do life-admin, Scott wasn't pushy, was understanding and reassured throughout. CANNOT RECOMMEND SCOTT AND HIS METHODS OF COMMUNICATION/UNDERSTANDING AND COMMON SENSE APPROACH ENOUGH! I can recommend Robert Ellis, they’re good at supporting the letting process and a good intermediary between tenant and landlord. I was a tenant near 6 years almost and lived in over 15 places in the last 20 years, they’re up there as one of the best I've dealt with.
