GoogleHad a fantastic experience with Ella who recently showed me round a property. Firstly she was punctual and approachable from the offset. She was very informative throughout the course of the viewing. She empathized with my concerns regarding the price of the rent and rather than taking a forceful approach, offered reassurance and positivity to put my concerns at ease. Overall a good experience. :)

I count it as a blessing, to have met Ella at Robert Ellis Beeston, who helped us find a property at the earliest with her proactivity and efficiency. Her affability and professionalism impressed me as she made it an effortless transition for me to move in with my family. This initiated me to write this review as there are so many potential tenants who might be struggling to find the right source to find a suitable house. This is where Robert Ellis comes in handy, as they have the best team as the likes of Ella who make a significant difference to happy tenants like us. I am thoroughly satisfied with Robert Ellis, and would definitely recommend them to my friends and associates looking for a wonderful home, as they have the speed and efficiency unparalleled by any other agency. GoogleWe had a sceduled viewing and we did not turn up due to traffic on motorway. Ella waited for us in the property and made us calls and assured us she will wait until we arrive. We arrived an hour later, and when we went to the office, Ella showed very good understanding of that situation. She rather took us for more viewings after we arrived. She was extraordinarily cooperative and professional. She was honest and willing to help us. We were very much impressed with the way she did her job, and we valued and appreciated her dedication and cooperation. Highly recommended.

GoogleRobert Ellis manage two properties for me my experience has ranged from great to ok depending on who I deal with and what is being dealt with. In finding a tenant for one house they were fantastic, for the second I felt they could have communicated better.

I dare say Chantell from Robert Ellis is the best - professional, customer-oriented, thoughtful and has a strong attention to details. She listens closely to her clients, and offers solutions that truly make a difference. It is rare from our experience with other agencies thus far. Properties listed on Robert Ellis are generally in better condition too. Staff are friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!
