GoogleRobert Ellis have been fantastic throughout the new rental process. We have been dealing with Chantelle Bonney who has helped us tremendously and very patiently put up with all our questions, she has really made this process easy and we highly recommend. We cant wait to move in now!

GoogleAfter meeting several Agents, we chose Robert Ellis because of their professionalism, responsiveness to our various questions, excellent local knowledge, and just as important, their high visibility on the Beeston High Road. Within two days of hiring them our property was live, with the web-presentation including a very impressive ‘virtual tour’. In under a week we received three applications, and our chosen applicants were installed within three weeks of the process having been started. GoogleLet my property in Beeston within days of it coming onto the market and Ella Peck did an absolutely brilliant job getting all the paperwork done in 2 days. All done in 10 days start to finish. I cannot praise & recommend Robert Ellis lettings and Ella in particular highly enough. Will DEFINITELY use them again and again.

GoogleMy flat has been let via Robert Ellis for over 5 years, to several tenants. They have responded to feedback and overhauled maintenance processes. I am very satisfied with both the finding of tenants and the care of the property once tenants are in situ. Daniel Burkey has acted as lettings negotiator several times and works very hard to find suitable tenants, with a short turnaround time, so my costs of the property being vacant are minimised. The payment and accounts process is straightforward. Maintenance issues are addressed promptly and their local knowledge means they engage excellent tradesmen to fix issues arising at reasonable cost.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
