We have used Robert Ellis lettings in Beeston for 7 years, as they manage our rental property for us. During that time we have had the one tenant who Robert Ellis sourced for us and have done a super job of dealing with any issues that have arisen. Recently Louise and Daniel Burkey in particular, have sourced us a new tenant which was very quick and professional. Both Louise and Daniel (and the wider Beeston team) are great to work with, offering advice and support when needed. When we were ready to relet (as we carried out some refurb work), they pulled out all the stops to market the property as soon as it was ready and actually found a tenant within hours of marketing the property. I highly recommend using Robert Ellis Beeston. Update, June 2023, any property issues are now dealt with by Zelda Wilson. She has excellent communication skills and gets the job done well by appropriate contractors.
