GoogleMy daughter moved into a new property with Nottingham community housing association she soon realised she had two bins missing. She contacted them to be told that she has to pay forty pounds each for 2 new bins and she is a single parent on a limited income. Surely this is not her responsibility disgusting.

GoogleI have a parking space with the house I rent. Maintenance Van drivers think they can park on anyones parking space. No respect.

FacebookFour years roof leaking in kids room smells disgusting but won't fix even after getting environmental health in got told by roofer they not allowed to take any roof off as it was put in just before we moved in and they won't pay they should get the original roofers in to fix it if you ask me disgusting

GoogleRang up regards my gate to which is quite heavy its hanging off and causing a obstruction to the exit of my house told a week before they can get out I've just came out of hospital and have limited mobility at min they didn't care absolutely useless

TrustpilotIs anybody there?!
Tried to call and email countless times about a shared ownership property. Nobody replies to emails and nobody answers the phone. Waste of time.

GoogleI have lived in a NCHA property for nearly 5 years, I have had problems and contacted various departments, I can truly say that the staff at NCHA are wonderful and I thank all of them that I have dealt with for their caring, compassion, guidance and support.

Facebookhi I have had problems from time to time in the last 14 years and the have been resolved bar one, all I can say to all those are not happy get off your backside and join the groups and have your say to sort them out.
