GoogleWould give 0 stars if I could. Wish I read the reviews before moving in because they are such a scam. Turned up to a house which has supposedly been deep cleaned twice, to find bits of toast still in the toaster, mould on all the walls, a moudly drink still in the fridge, gross marks on all walls, virtually every bed and mattress were broken, missing furniture, a mop bucket with something disgusting left in it and broken locks all over the house. Manager lost my key the day I moved in despite this being arranged weeks in advance so had to come to the office to get a spare and return it - should not have to do this when moving in. After asking for ages for issues to be sorted, a couple were but but never all of them and it caused so much stress and effort for something which should have already been done. The property manager was so difficult to consult with. When house viewings were done, my door was either not locked after entering, or locked even though it was obvious i was in the house and therefore I was locked out my OWN room. And took ages of calling to get a response. This happened several times. Absolutely no consideration for privacy with house viewings with no notice and thank god I got a security camera as had several occasions where they entered my room without telling us they were coming. Didn’t have a working washing machine for a month which they took ages to sort. The number of issues goes on. Not worth it, difficult and lazy employees and awfully managed company. No compensation or apology after all the issues.

The Hull office team is completely useless. They have rude staff working for them, they have no regard or respect for black students. The rents are overpriced and not worth it. The staff are rude and not helpful. The Head Office is complicit in this as I sent a mail and no real action was taken. I will recommend that you don't rent a place from them

The staff were very helpful during our house viewing and made it very straightforward for us. They provided plenty of information and were able to answer any questions. Most importantly, they were very efficient, helping us secure a house within a few days of booking the first house viewing. I would definitely recommend their services to other uni students.
