Assets manager (+44 7827 131285) at the Loughborough branch has been absolutely horrendous in whatsapp communication with my new flat amongst various issues, had to ring to get any type of response, and despite mentioning them in chats asking to rectify the same issue, they read and do not even have the courtesy to reply to say they’ve seen it! Disgusting customer service and not impressed with the start of my experience with loc8 me.

It’s been almost a year now since my tenancy with loc8me Loughborough commenced. It wasn’t so much of a pleasant experience at the beginning. The presence of the management team was not felt at all and the negligence of the building was evident. However there has been a big improvement since Emma came on board. She has put a human face on loc8me and it’s really great for once dealing with a facility manager who is very accessible and quick to sort out complaints. This is all evident in the improvement of the facility management.

Would not reccomend this company. While the houses they provide are nice and the service before buying is great, they have lied and made fase promises along with bad services as you acquire the property. They take way longer to respond sometimes needing 2 reminders, a young man tried to help me today and instead of providing solutions to a problem I was lied about he had a lot of attitude.

Very bad experience with loca8me. They’re interested in one thing and that’s how much money they can leech out of you. They tried to force through roof repairs of £5000 onto our house. Strongly avoid this company as they will find any reason to take money off you. If you are unlucky enough to have signed a contract with this company like I did, please make sure to get a my deposits adjudicator to sort out your deposit at the end.

Had a horrible experience with loc8me! Had Shanon at first assigned to our house who was really unhelpful and took weeks to sort our issues. She then left and now we have Faye who is better but we still have issues like mould which have not been sorted out still for months! We have had many arguments with loc8me due to us complaining that they have taken months to sort any of our issues and after being told at first we could get compensation for it, they said we had no claim to compensation. Every time we complain to them they blame their contractors but we have talked to the contractors and the contractors have said that loc8me always take weeks to even submit issues to them so it is not their fault. Avoid at all costs!

Avoid loc8me at all costs. You will regret it otherwise.In a crowded market they manage to create business for themselves by being the cheapest service available to prospective landlords. This leads to them having the very worst properties owned by the most uncaring landlords.In my personal experience loc8me provide a sub standard service to the tenants and care only about protecting their landlords. They do this because they want to look out for their own interests but unless they change their business model they will soon go out of business. Just check out the reviews. It's all you need to know

We had a viewing with Amy, and she was amazing! Quick with answering any questions or requests we had, and was very nice. She was also quick with messaging us back and booking a viewing when we liked a property.
