Appalling service from this lettings agency - our original agency transferred hands so I was expecting a step up in our service but absolutely nothing happened. They are withholding our deposit without real reason and I would prefer to just be done with this agency altogether.

I've been with John shepherd as my letting agent for 18 months now, I've had an excellent experience with them as a staff team and as individuals. My property manager is called Lauren and she is brilliant! Nothing is ever too much she's always there to help and drops us an email every now and then to see how we're getting on, I can't speak highly enough of her! 10/10 would recommend using them

Excellent experience dealing with Jordan, Sophie and Shannon throughout the whole process, from valuation through to completion. I've had a property on the market with John Shepherd for 3 months. We've had no viewings arranged at all. Today I found out that their office is now a café and the office is closed. My emails and phone calls have not been answered. Beware.

Great experience from the moment I first called, arranged a video viewing within minutes, and then straight forward process to getting our new property. Lily, Megan, Junace and I think Connor all gave a positive experience and made life very easy. Thank you all for your help and support to finding our dream new home. Would definitely recommend John Shephard !Also to the gent who opened the door to pick up our keys very polite and welcoming into your office.

Googlethey avoid you personally if you have an issue they dont want to deal with. they avoided my phone calls, 10 seconds after i tried from a different number and they picked up. they also lost documents and blamed us.

I had a viewing with Lily last Tuesday and put in mine and my partners application for our desired property straight away. Within the same day, we had everything sent to us to process and a week later, everything has gone through and been confirmed! It has overall been a great experience, communication was amazing throughout with fast responses to any queries/concerns. The service we had has been outstanding and we couldn’t have had a more smooth and straightforward process. I would 100% recommend John Shepherd Estate Agents and we look forward to moving into our new home ☺️

GoogleDon't believe the good reviews as I suspect they are either from members of staff or their family and friends. This lot are rip off merchants through and through. I wouldn't trust them to run a bath. Avoid !
