GoogleCommunication is very poor. I have been trying to get keys back from Haart for a property of mine they no longer manage. After two months of asking many times I have still not received the keys. As I live 200 miles away it is a not acceptable for me to collect the keys in person. E mails and phone calls go unanswered. No action is taken by the letting team.

GoogleCassie Walker at Haart was fantastic - patient, quick to respond and incredibly helpful with viewings, and reassuring when issues occured. Thanks also to Nathan Binfield in the office who was very helpful on the moving day itself. Would highly recommend Haart!

FacebookWorked here as Lettings manager for 10 months quite simply the worst job I have ever had, they treat their staff and customers like crap, and pressure the staff to work all hours for little reward, steer clear and don't believe the false promises.
