GoogleAlthough haart are not the cheapest agent in town you certainly get what you pay for! James took his time to explain everything to me and led me through the whole process from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend him or his team in Nottingham more! 10/10.

GoogleI owe a big thank you to the property manager DominicM'Crystal-Fletcher for assisting me during my move. He explained the process of ending the tenancy to me, passed my notice to the relevant department, contacted my landlord regarding the inventory when I moved out and finally released my deposit without any delay. His professionalism and efficiency made my move a stress free experience. I can highly recommend his branch to any tenant looking for a decent agency.

GoogleThanks for all your hard work Haart! Sean, in particular worked really hard to keep me informed and keep my application moving. I really appreciated the fact he called me out of office hours to keep me updated as well as being quick to respond to any correspondence. I found the whole process very straightforward and their connections with the Tenant Shop service which then helped set up utilities was a real bonus. Wish my last letting agent had been this simple and friendly!

FacebookI have recently sold a flat with haart Nottingham. And I was very pleased indeed with the positive and pro-active way in which they marketed my property. Thanks to this I got a steady stream of viewers and eventually found a buyer. This particular case was fraught with difficulties owing to a less-than-helpful freeholder but my case manager, Cassie Walker, stayed positive and supportive while the various problems were ironed out. I can happily recommend haart Nottingham to anyone else in this area who is looking to sell their property.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking service, closed the arnold branch and didn't contact me , took me 6 weeks to find out. We are trying to buy a house through them and nobody answers the phone. There calls are all diverted to a concierge service , they take a message but no one calls you back. How on earth you could buy or sell a house through this company is beyond me. Probably not the staffs fault.

GoogleHaving a property rented through haart, it has been an absolute battle to communicate with haart as no one answers the phone and when you do get thorough they say they will call you back. Out of the 22 calls I have made in the last month 6 them got through. And they all said they would call back. over the last 3 months I'm yet to receive a call back. No surprise
