Edit: Since my tenancy has started, service has been a let down. We've had multiple problems at the property but Haart don't take anything seriously. It's around 5 degrees at the moment and we have multiple radiators that don't work. I've sent many emails to Haart but no response. Nobody picks up the phone either. We have hot water pressure issues as well so in the shower hot water lasts just a minute or 2 as hot water pressure isn't sufficient. Haart shrugged this off and said pressure is acceptable. So now we are left to fix the issue ourselves at our own cost. Edit 2: We have leaking roofs but Haart does not want to do anything to fix the issue. Also never had to deal with someone so uncaring and rude as Dominic M'Crystal-Fletcher. He makes dealing with Haart 10x worse. Just a terrible experience. Stay away if you have a choice. Original: Had a good experience with haart. Sean showed us around many properties and was patient with us during the viewings. He answered any questions that we had and was helpful throughout our process of finding a property that was right for us. Thank you.

Even 1 star is too much. They were liars, unkind, unpleasant, disagreeable, and annoying. Every bad words are suited to them. I suggest that individuals go and use a different letting service as this one is proved to be a complete waste of my time of money, i went to this company and regretted it as the workers are rude and do not show any respect. other companies will be able to provide a much better service for a much lower price, will never be using this service ever again

Absolutely disgusting service! Very unprofessional and rude! Having to constantly pay their made up charges and they never reported the things that need repairing!! No contact from the landlord ever! I wouldn't ever recommend this company as they tried to con us out of the property after taking the deposit and tried letting another couple have it even those we was about to move in that day! The man who showed is around the property was hungover and smelt of alcohol and he didn't know anything about the area, council tax, rent, he knew nothing!! Absolutely unless!! They let themselves in to the property whenever they want without asking even though the contract says they should give 24 hours notice! Awful service!!!

Dinesh dealt with my queries, viewing and even the referencing process personally and kept me informed all the way through. From the viewing to the completion of the referencing process, he was honest, open, very helpful and reassuring. During the initial viewing we found nothing was too much trouble for him, he took great care to ensure that the house we intending renting was right for I and my family.His approach was to explain things clearly and execute as described. I must say he was professional, excellent and comes highly recommended!

Just let my property with Haart letting agency, great experience so far from start to finish. Jamie (manager) was initial contact, he viewed and valued the property very promptly and explained all the fees and charges involved. After that Sean and Dinesh have been dealing with the property. Always keeping me informed on viewings and offers and always on hand to answer any problems or questions. Always responded very promptly. Great experience so far and looking forward to hopefully more of the same and hassle free letting with Haart.

I have had a few viewings with Dinesh and cannot fault him. He's the only letting agent I have worked with who keeps communication with me via email and phone calls! He's professional but easy to talk to and I can tell he wants to help me find a house. I hope to seal the deal on a house with him in the very near future, as I trust it will all go smoothly. I have also had dealings with Amy at the Nottingham City Centre branch. She's been a life saver in managing properties and handling any of our concerns. Had the most amazing experience with haart and found the best agent in the office. The reason for the review is to show how an agent can be so kind and accommodating in offering help and going above and beyond. I live in Italy and my wife is in UK all by herself and new to the country. If I could give this place -100 I would. Disgusting establishment. Rude and ignorant staff. Please do not use this agency. I should have listened to the reviews. They are horrible, abusive and fraudulent. They will do anything to not give you back your deposit. I have had issues with this agency from the day I moved in. Don't sign up to this agency unless you want headache and no deposit. I have made a formal complaint as received treatment and service. Never have I received such horrible service. Glad to be finally free from the contract. Please do not use this company.

Great team, very friendly, incredibly helpful, pretty much all reasonable requests have been dealt with no questions asked, and even some trickier requests have been dealt with, without any resistance, even though I know I'm probably being a pain (Sorry Amy Dawkins! You've been a patient star!). When one of them is unavailable they're quick to hand over and communicate so you're not left waiting or wondering. All in all, probably the best agency I've been a tenant of, in every aspect.
