GoogleNot all staff here are bad some were pleasant when going in to get my keys for the 2nd time but.... Almost lost my house early on because david james and their 'close nit' solicitors they recommend don't communicate with each other when I had done everything needed Rude emails / failure to call my number at all throughout house buying process and was ringing my partner despite being told to call me multiple times. Terrible at replying via email but ask you not to chase via call. Gave me the wrong house keys causing issues and having to take the wrong keys back in and come back

GoogleNick did us a great show round of the house, very friendly and communication prior and after was excellant. My husband had an emergency call out so couldn’t make our initial visit and due to popularity of the house Nick shuffled his diary around allowing himto have 2nd visit, allowing us to put in our offer having both seen it. GoogleVery friendly, professional and never failed to return my calls. The sale of my house was handled with a personal touch. Vicky ensured the conveyancing process moved quickly and kept me updated throughout. I even got to meet Vicky and a member of her team when picking up the keys on moving day. It was nice to be able to thank them in person. Excellent service and lots of big smiles.

She was fabulous explains us with the history of the house, various parts of the house, and telling us the important aspects of the house. She also was kind enough to inform about the broader locality i.e., shops, schools, supermarkets. Overall, she was fabulous in her job. Well prepared and most importantly generous in her outlook.
