GoogleWe are now in our third year of letting through Bairstow Eves Nottingham office and we are very satisfied with their service. They have responded promptly and thoroughly in all matters. In particular the Branch Manager, Sophie, has professionally handled several issues that have arisen and has formed a good liaison with the tenants whenever needed.

GoogleThis is the first flat me and my partner have moved to that isn't student housing and bairstowe eves helped us so much and got us so far especially when our old agency was being horrendous. Kathryn especially we owe a lot to.

GoogleHorrible Service and pretty much left us alone. 1. No communication throughout Covid. 2. Didn't let us cancel letting and made 2 people handle bills for a 6 person house. 3. A squater moved into our house and they initially said they couldn't do anything despite us being in danger

GoogleHad the best Customer Services Experience within the Nottingham Office, after my daughter was looking for a house to rent, while she furthered her studying at Nottingham University. Sophie Buckthorpe and Megan Ashton couldn’t do enough for us and we are happy with the choice and all ready for a new year at university thanks again ??

GoogleA few staff in the branch are so rude. One actually told me that faulty washing machines are not life threatening problems when our washing machine broke down. It took them close to 2 months to get it sorted. Same with other problems we have in our flat. Moreover their agency fee is too expensive

GoogleI used these as a landlord to manage my property, They was absolutely useless, they made my life harder not eaiser and no one seemed to be in charge of wanted to take any responsibility, they all just passed issues to others, I wouldn't use this agent if they paid me to use them.
