A few staff in the branch are so rude. One actually told me that faulty washing machines are not life threatening problems when our washing machine broke down. It took them close to 2 months to get it sorted. Same with other problems we have in our flat. Moreover their agency fee is too expensive

Great Customer Service & Great Friendly staff - Megan Ashton helped me and my son all the way through the process of sorting the Property out for him to settle into for the start of his university path - even under these uncertain times ahead everything was great thanks alot

I used these as a landlord to manage my property, They was absolutely useless, they made my life harder not eaiser and no one seemed to be in charge of wanted to take any responsibility, they all just passed issues to others, I wouldn't use this agent if they paid me to use them.

Having to move during lockdown could have been very stressful but Sophie at Bairstow Eves was amazing! Answered all our questions quickly and was very helpful with sorting both a video viewing and physical viewing of the house. Super helpful and put us very much at ease during a stressful time!

I have been with this letting agent for over 2 years, they have been very accommodating to my needs. Everhtime something has gone wrong in n regards to my tenancy or within the property, they have dealt with it superbly. The customer service is second to none and the prices are very fair.
