GoogleRecently moved into my first flat on my own and as a company they were brilliant. Any problems or questions i had they sorted out quickly, and kept me up to date. Callum Polak was my letting negotiator and was very freindly and helpful, i would recomend them to anyone.

GoogleThis is a TOP estate agent. As a landlord I have excellent experience and especially Tiffany good customer service and advice. I needed to rent my house which has been in the family 25 years and with new refurbishment, needed a good working family tenant and they matched my criteria.

GoogleIf I could rate higher I would. We recently rented our property through Bairstow Eves Nottingham and they couldn't have made it a smoother process. A special mention for Dylan Anderson, who went above and beyond - from remarkable service and knowledge of the market, to accommodating all our needs! Becoming a landlord has never been so easy with Dylan's assistance. No query was too much for him, helping us understanding every step and ensuring we got the best bang for our buck. You'd be silly to look elsewhere when looking to rent your property! I couldn't recommend or thank Bairstow Eves and Dylan enough.

GoogleRenting a property via Bairstow eves and I’ve had problem after problem with the property since the day I moved in. Landlord insists she uses her own “contractors” my property has been entered without my permission, my door left unlocked on one occasion, fire alarm constantly going off, boiler leaking water, draft through properly, mould, damp cold wet walls, leak coming through bedroom ceiling onto main electric box!! I actually fear for my safety and nobody seems to be taking me seriously.

GoogleRecently used Bairstow Eves in Nottingham to sell my property, having been on the market with another agent and I can not rate them high enough. They sold my property for very close to the asking price, thanks to some professional photos they made my house look fantastic as the previous so called professional agents photos were dreadful and very dark. Regular updates throughout the sale, resulted in me exchanging contracts just 10 weeks after going on the market. Thanks so much to Nathaniel, Sam and Chris for a job well done.
