GoogleDarcy provided excellent service in securing us a tenancy at a property me and my partner both loved. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently from the viewing to the signing. When Darcy wasn’t available she had handed over all information to her colleagues to further support us.

A few weeks ago I received a telephone call from a young member of staff at Bairstow Eves. He asked me if I was interested in selling my property. I told him no. I had bought it through them funnily enough and had just spent four months renovating it. He suggested I have a valuation despite my saying I didn’t want to sell. Eventually I agreed because I thought it would be good to see what it was worth now it had been renovated. Two text messages and a long and detailed email confirming that the manager was looking forward to meeting me at my property later that week at 12:30. She didn’t turn up and when I telephoned, I was informed that it was a desktop valuation, despite the fact that I had a an email telling me the valuation would be at my property. Having dealt with them when I bought the property and having them not bothering to respond to my email to express my dissatisfaction that they hadn’t bothered to come and do the valuation, I would never ever deal with them again. I think they are a shabby organisation and there are much better estate agents to deal with.

My past experiences of using estate agents for house purchases or sales have never been positive. That is until now. Our transaction was fairly simple as we had a first time buyer buying our house and that was the end of the chain. I found communications excellent. Never any delays. Always helpful. Always on time. Conducted viewings for us. Price was very reasonable and there were no hidden costs. Katie and Chloe at the Carlton office handled the whole transaction very professionally. Thank you

DO NOT BUY OR SELL WITH BAIRSTOW EVES SOUTHEND ON SEA. Absolute Mickey Mouse setup where the agents dont even know who to contact to confirm a viewing! And so rude and unprofessional!Happy to explain more but not enough space!! Plenty of good Estate Agents around, I implore you not to use them!!!

GoogleI have recently rented a property from Bairstow Eves Nottingham and the service was excellent! I would highliy recommend using Bairstow Eves to all of my family and friends and I'll be sure to use their services again. I would like to give a big special mention to Alice Ingram who has delt with all of my enquires, contracts and everything else! She has been very professional, understanding and always willing to help. Furthermore, all of the communication I have received from Alice has been prompt, very clear and really easy to follow. To say I have previously been to university and have used several different letting agents before, I have, by far, received the best customer service from Alice and others from the Bairstow Eves Nottingham team. Finally, I'd like to just say a massive thank you and I can't wait to move in!

GoogleI would like to commend the professionalism and patience of Bairstow Eves staff especially Alice Ingram who was the property manager for the house I am currently renting. Things were not straight forward as I had hoped however Alice handled the situation in a friendly yet professional manner.
