GoogleNever use or buy a house that is involved with these lot, they will cancel your deal for a home by using the smallest & ridiculous reason behind your back and will then have the audacity to be polite over the phone pretending they have no clue what happened...trust me if I have a choice between using these lot again or committing suicide I would pick suicide (which you have made me consider), alot more easier and honest then these lot

GoogleGiving one star to this agency is too much. The worst possible experience renting I have ever had. Rude staff, poor communication, unexpected visits from the agency/landlords, unnecessarily taking deposit money from residents to do basic renovations that should come with a home etc. The stress that comes with renting from Bairstow Eves is genuinely terrible. I really hope people read this and avoid using their services in Nottingham.

GoogleThese guys are not helpful at all.They moved us in a house that was disgusting, uncleaned, not covid 19 safe, no gas and a dead and water locking boiler.They new about it and had done nothing about prepairing house for new ternants.Rubbish and what was left by previous ternants was not removed all left.In short DO NOT USE BAIRSTOWEVES.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWhat can I say I have had Great Customer Services from the Nottingham Branch, The staff are friendly and very helpful. I needed to find my daughter a property to rent while she was studying at Nottingham University, They went above and beyond to find the perfect house at an amazing price. It helps when you are so far apart from each other. Thanks again :-)

GoogleMy daughter rents a property through this branch. The service has been appalling. She has had problems with the boiler since April. On numerous occasions she has had no hot water. She has no hot water now. They are hopeless at responding to e mails and she has been treated very badly. To call themselves agents is beyond a joke. A troupe of monkeys would be more capable.
