GoogleHad the best experience with Nottingham branch. They helped me through the whole process and they was so helpful all the way through. The young lady that did the viewing was so helpful and the whole team when we called the branch they could all help. I would 100% go with the company again, they was very pleasant, nice and helpful through the whole process.

GoogleCurrently dealing with a deposit dispute with Bairstow Eves. They are refusing to release the non-contested part of the deposit (the vast majority) of it, unless we agree to otherwise unreasonable claims on the costs. They were also torturously slow to process repairs over the course of our tenancy.

GoogleExcellent service as a Landlord. The property valuers completed a quick and informative valuation and the house was let within one week. They informed me of the new laws which other agents didnt and really showed they wanted to look after me and the house as well as doing their job to find a tenant. Well done, highly recommended and cannot fault the work.

GoogleBairstow Eves have been great in helping me to manage my rental property. Both Rebecca and Georgina have been extremely helpful and have always responded to my queries incredibly quickly. Both are also very professional. Rebecca gave a good and realistic valuation of the property and also took some amazing pictures. Their fees are also competitive.

GoogleI found communication with Bairstow Eves was always straight-forward and pleasant. However, the rent for the property I rented was expensive for what it was (£600 for a simple one bedroom flat on Forest Road, went up to £615 just after I moved out). The only reason I rented the place was because I would have otherwise been homeless, so I had no choice but to take it. Upon moving out I wasn't able to take everything with me. They wanted to take a ridiculous £200! from my deposit to remove everything else, even though the cost wouldn't have been anywhere near that ...there really wasn't that much left in the property to warrant such an amount. I understand this is more to do with the landlord though.
