Thank you Buster!! I came to this agency with such a difficult situation, needing to find a place almost immediately. Most other places weren't up to it, but Buster helped me straight off the bat and didn't stop working with me until I got my flat in Norwich. Even when he wasn't in the office, he still worked tirelessly chasing up things for me, keeping me updated, and he was always so friendly and kind. I would likely still be without an address in Norwich when my postgrad degree started without his dedication. William H. Brown give this guy a raise he deserves it after all he did for me!

A huge shout out to Buster Blore in the 5 Bank Plain office of William H Brown. What a fantastic person - head and shoulders the best letting agent in Norwich I dealt with to find a rental property. Buster was proactive, listened to the requirements, and genuinely worked hard, and fast, to help find a place to rent. Buster had such a 'can do' attitude - it made an enormous difference to me as a client, and he's a huge credit to the company. I highly recommend him as someone who can help you if you're looking to rent in Norwich!!

Poor communication, false promises from sales, lettings and mortgage services. Started off great but once they've have your money they don't care about resolving any issues. Don't bother with the lifetime membership as you'll have to do all the work yourself. Don't bother with management services for letting a property either, they won't tell you know about any problems and they'll let your tenants damage your property and steal from you without any reconciliation measures or compensation. I sold my flat over a year ago and I'm still battling with them and the Zero Deposit scheme to compensate me for my property being stolen and damage that I paid to fix for the new owner out of my own pocket.

I do not appreciate holding a deposit to exploit people for money. I'm aware of the grift. You aren't unique. Your clients are the landlords and that's who you all serve. You are class traitors. You even hold it over the people with your existence so it even feels risky to criticise agents. You control the means to live for the average person. It's always about money. If it was about helping then agents would push for housing for all rather than bleeding people dry. The world gets worse and you all still shake people like piggy banks after they leave. It's disgusting. I'm aware of what estate agents pull. With one place my oven was black when we arrived yet we were charged for it. Agents know that scares us. We would have never thought to take a picture because we were naive. We didn't know agents and landlords were so casually exploitative. You learn pretty quick though and it certainly insults my ideals. Your landlords drive around in nice cars while people struggle to feed their kids. We know which lifestyles you best facilitate and for who at the expense of the common people. It's class traitor behaviour. You aren't proletariat. You are petit bourgeoisie at best enabling the bourgeoisie while affording less and less for the people.

I had four viewings arranged through this agency, and unfortunately not a single one went smoothly. Two viewings were missed entirely with no prior notice, time confirmations were incorrect, and I was even booked in for a property I had already viewed. As someone travelling from London to Norwich every weekend specifically for these appointments, this level of disorganisation was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of my time and money. I sincerely hope the agency takes steps to improve their communication and scheduling process.
