GoogleHad no communication between offer accepted and completion. Said keys were in lock box at house and gave us code but previous owner had not been advised that completion had taken place, despite calling repeatedly for 2 days and still had belongings and pets in the house. Luckily she had a ring doorbell, which was better communication than an actual human estate agent.

GoogleMitchell from William H Brown knew exactly what we were looking for in a house and helped us to find our dream home. He was very quick to sort out our house viewings despite it being a very busy time for the house market. Maddy dealt with our house sale and was very attentive, giving us regular updates and answering our questions. Such a lovely, friendly lady. Very impressed with the service. Would buy a house with William H brown again :)

GoogleBeen on some viewings with Kane & Brian. Kane seemed really confident and composed when showing us around. Brian was very knowledgeable in a lot of our concerns. Both really nice guys and would highly reccomend them.

GoogleEdward (Ed) and Ethan have been amazing. We can’t fault how helpful they have been in assisting us with obtaining tenancy for our daughter, the kindness they have shown and hard work that they have put in we can honestly say they have gone above and beyond. If you are looking for a rental property would definitely recommend these guys.

GoogleHaven't ever been spoken to as rudely on the phone by a company as by William H Brown! Also ignore simple requests to justify asking price with other sold properties in the area while constantly hounding me for a higher offer, only bidding against myself No updates on property sale throughout but the mortgage advisor was very helpful, although of course pressured to use this when I could have arranged myself

GoogleAlthough I have had my buyer pull out - I have had enjoyed the experience of looking at houses. Staff that have really stood out as exceptionally bright and supportive were Laurence Gage and Kristen ( sorry don't know your last name) They were so buoyant and helpful and went the extra mile each time. Most importantly their great sense of humour was a gift. Thank you it has been great meeting you both and know you are an asset to Browns- you will go far

GoogleNot very impressed by William H Brown as someone looking to rent. Firstly, they wasted my time by showing me the wrong and unsuitable property instead of the one I'd asked to view. Secondly, when I was able to arrange to see the correct place the agent was half an hour late. Thirdly, after applying for the property William H Brown failed to let me know whether I'd been successful or not (there were two other applicants) despite my calling the office a couple of days later asking for an update - the agent managing the property (Brian) was not in and didn't ever call me back.

GoogleTo begin with I was in a horrible circumstance and needed a quick place to stay. Called William H Brown and was welcomed with a lovely greeting from a staff member called Brian. He said he was here to help and he thoroughly delivered! Thanks to his determination and care in for his work, I was moved in to a new property in less than a week! Big thank you again Brian and I hope for promising progression for you!

From the start Brian has filled me with confidence that there is a house for me out there. He has listened to me with regard to the type of house I need and given me detailed information regarding the process of securing a rental property. GoogleHad a really unprofessional experience with letting agent Brian. He didn't show up to the first house we were viewing then was late for the second house. The tenants were not expecting us making it really awkward for us to view the place. He then took a long phonecall to sort out the tenants issues whilst one of them showed us around (as well as letting us know a number of issues they've had with these agents). Afterwards, he demanded we put 5 star reviews for him despite being late and not showing us around. Very disappointed with the service provided, will not be using William H Brown and will.be letting others know of this.

GoogleWe agreed with the builder, Ashford Developments, to buy a house in Dereham. The builder proved to be completely unreliable as was his solicitor and instead of taking 2 months to complete the house it took a year and instead of a similar time to exchange contracts it took 8 months. Throughout, Courtney of W H Brown was supportive and helpful in every way possible, negotiating with great patience and professionalism.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

My flat was put on Right Move by the team, and within hours I had two viewings arranged. Alexandra contacted me personally, and has kept in touch to see how the viewings went. GoogleDuncan and molly have been great, I recommend if you sell with them to use their knowledge. we are a first time buyer and they have explained everything in detail and made the process understandable. They are a little pushy with the amount of calls they make and voicemails they leave and should be more considerate that people have to work to then be able to pay mortgage and that is the only reason they don't get 5 stars, very happy with their service. Hope to use again in the future.

GoogleOutstanding Letting Service. Very fast, efficient and knowledgeable staff who went the extra mile to work at my convenience. Not only did they find a very suitable tenant in an unexpectedly quick time, their experiencing in the checking of tenant suitability was more than helpful. The staff that helped were helpful, informative and flexible making the whole process stress free. I was so impressed I then listed my other properties with them having previously found the re-letting process with other agents slow and very dissatisfying. They proved on this property also to have everything covered and again proved excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending this well managed team to others.

GoogleI do not recommend the lettings department I rented an overpriced room with black mould, which caused me long term health issues and nothing was done by them to fix the issue. Only by countless emails and phone calls by me demanding a change, they only offered to knock £50 of my rent for one month. Disgraceful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR STUDENTS!

GoogleDreadful people, seriously, run a mile! I gave them my details when I wanted to view one of their properties. Never, ever give them your phone number! They have called non stop ever since, asking me to call and sell my property with them. I told them numerous times, to stop calling and remove my details from their database which they assured me they would. Well, they didn't. The calls kept coming. And coming. I stopped answering my phone but that didn't stop them. They left messages. Lots of messages. So I changed my voicemail message to say please leave a message unless you're William H Brown in which case don't as I've told you lots of times to stop calling me. The messages stopped for a while, so I removed the recorded message. And guess what? Still they're calling to leave me messages! Save yourself the bother and sell your house with eMoov for £560 which is what I have just done.
