Absolutely awful rental maintenance and customer service. Left throughout winter with no heating and hot water. Several serious problems with the property that have been ignored for 2 months average. Poor communication. Lack of sympathy and empathy for tenants. Only have the interest of landlords and income at heart. Once your money is paid, that’s all they care about

Beware purchasing property through Pymm & Co!! Sneaky underhand Estate agents who value making a few more pounds of commission rather than honour an agreed sale. This caused a chain to collapse literally days before exchange of contracts. All involved have lost a considerable amount of money and time wasted. Avoid at all costs, these are the estate agents that give estate agents a bad reputation!

WORST ESTATE AGENTS IN NORWICHLike many others, if I could give a zero star I would. I really can’t believe in a profession that requires reliability and trust at the centre of its business, pymm and co are able to operate with such little care and compassion for their clients. I have found the entire experience to be disgusting and Pymm and co are both corrupt and liars.
