Currently a tenant and my first time renting after being a homeowner previously. I have found Pymm & co to be operating well below the service level I would expect from a letting agent. From day 1 despite being told the house had been professionally cleaned needed a deep clean of the whole house including the inside of all the kitchen cupboards, dirty walls, broken parts in the kitchen and cat hair everywhere. We were unable to be provided with an up to date boiler service certification and almost 4 months later are still waiting, the back door leaks into the kitchen when it rains and again after 3 months are still awaiting a date to get this resolved, and to top it off the security alarm which we never received any codes or instructions for when we moved in started to go off and 11 at night, with no way to shut off and brilliantly all of the emergency numbers given went straight through to voice mail! Unfortunately I have very low expectations and would advise anyone else to think twice about using them to rent from.

My review comes from the perspective of a Landlord. Simply put - the service received does not reflect the fees they command. Looking at a number of reviews across the internet it would seem that Pymm and Co treat both Tenant and Landlord in the same 'couldn't care less' manner. Happy to take your money - not so keen on doing leg work when things don't run smoothly.I don't envy a letting agents task. But, as someone who sits in the middle, it's their role to be professional when dealing with both sides. I now know there's other letting agents out there that manage this process much better.My advice? Be a little more sympathetic and understanding to individual issues. Act quicker and communicate more. You may also want to address the style in which you write emails. Some of your communications come across so badly.

They Checked me out of a property saying all was fine, I chased the return of my deposit for a week then they said that although they were happy the condition of the property, the landlord has some issues (none at this point formerly documented) and we have a £450 cleaning bill..... not even sure if that's legal... now awaiting DPS appeal which will take months because we are not paying it. Don't rent from them unless you are prepared to either wait months to get your deposit back or pay unreasonable costs. They have you over a barrel, pay up or wait months....they are screwing with people's lives.

Inhumane, intrusive and unethical Lettings team, who simply don't care about the tenant. I had to suffer a long 'cold' stay as they simply wouldn't arrange for the heating problem to be fixed, despite multiple reminders. During notice period, they simply use the service key to enter my apartment, without notice (to my shock!) while I was sleeping in bed, 40 mins email notice another instance, and many times again without as much as waiting for my acceptance. I had to suffer a horrible 7 months for which they wouldn't as much as apologize. The worst tenancy of my life - I strongly recommend future tenants to avoid at any cost.

GoogleAfter recently going through the rental process with Pymm and Co to move into my new place I have found the staff to be very friendly and approachable, whilst also being knowledgeable and quick to reply. I have been dealing with Lilah in the rentals office and she has always been polite and able to answer my queries quickly and in a friendly manner. Overall I would recommend Pymm and Co as a Estate Agents.

As property managers they are severely lacking. You can wait a month after reporting an issue, chasing multiple times only for them to still not have organised 2 out of the 3 points that have been raised. They have no communication and aren't proactive in the slightest. Even the contractors don't have a positive impression of them. Property managers can be flaky, but this is beyond that and the worst I've dealt with.

Just moved across the City of Norwich and have moved into a rented home that has serious Health and Safety issues along with many other faults. Numerous roof tiles loose ready to fall off and cause serious injury . Gas leak , gas fire condemned, leaking radiators in all of rooms, gas flue in dangerous location, toilet and hand basin leaking , holes in walls , no extractor fan . We were given 1st December as a move in date but with radiators leaking no boiler for heating . Inspected ? Not ! A complete shambles . Staff not rude ... but not honest . Would they be upset and angry ? I know so .... still ongoing ...
