I needed to move really quickly into a 1 bed flat and despite the pandemic the amazing team at Pymm and Co managed to get me moved in less that 7 days as promised! No faff, no drawn out process! I can't fault them for being on the other end of the phone for anything I needed throughout the day, for completing my referencing as quick as possible and making sure everything with the move went smoothly as possible! What a terrible Estate agency these are, we organised to view a property in Norwich, the lady took my phone and email address, penciled me in, then said any issues ill call you, come the day of the viewing we were half way there, suddenly the phone rings, the same lady then asks if i want to see the property that day, i reminded her we had an appointment, she then said ill call you back and never did, we arrived only for no one to be there, we spoke to the owners that Saturday and told them about this agents dispicable un-professional attitude, disgusting behaviour

Pymm&co, how are they still trading? A ridiculous company with very rude staff and disgusting customer service , Deborah and Sarah mainly. They treated me like a liar despite providing evidence and call logs, have incomplete notes around their tenants,don't have the decency tonphone you back despite leaving mesages with colleagues and therefore don't communicate between themselves . All I can say is anyone that is to unfortunate enough to deal with such a poor company then please record every phone call and save every email so it can't be turned on you and so you can't be accused of a liar. I would purposely encourage any future landlord or tenant to go out of their way to avoid using Pymm&co at all costs

Currently a tenant and my first time renting after being a homeowner previously. I have found Pymm & co to be operating well below the service level I would expect from a letting agent. From day 1 despite being told the house had been professionally cleaned needed a deep clean of the whole house including the inside of all the kitchen cupboards, dirty walls, broken parts in the kitchen and cat hair everywhere. We were unable to be provided with an up to date boiler service certification and almost 4 months later are still waiting, the back door leaks into the kitchen when it rains and again after 3 months are still awaiting a date to get this resolved, and to top it off the security alarm which we never received any codes or instructions for when we moved in started to go off and 11 at night, with no way to shut off and brilliantly all of the emergency numbers given went straight through to voice mail! Unfortunately I have very low expectations and would advise anyone else to think twice about using them to rent from.

My review comes from the perspective of a Landlord. Simply put - the service received does not reflect the fees they command. Looking at a number of reviews across the internet it would seem that Pymm and Co treat both Tenant and Landlord in the same 'couldn't care less' manner. Happy to take your money - not so keen on doing leg work when things don't run smoothly.I don't envy a letting agents task. But, as someone who sits in the middle, it's their role to be professional when dealing with both sides. I now know there's other letting agents out there that manage this process much better.My advice? Be a little more sympathetic and understanding to individual issues. Act quicker and communicate more. You may also want to address the style in which you write emails. Some of your communications come across so badly.
