GoogleMy experience with Pymm & Co was excellent! Abby Betts help me finding the place I was looking for and with a great value for the rent! She was always available to answer any of my questions, and always with a smile on her face! I had been to other agencies and none gave me any solutions in the type of propriety and with the price range I was looking for! The whole process of letting was easy, due especially to Abby's help. Definitely recommend renting with Pymm & Co.

GoogleI have recently had the pleasure of finding my new family home through Pymm and Co. I was lucky enough to initially make contact with Abby Betts who has been absolutely terrific throughout the whole process, literally nothing was too much trouble and the smallest questions were answered helpfully and explained in full. Abby even remembered me and my circumstances and contacted me personally when she felt that a property was the perfect home for us and how right she was !! We have now moved into our new home and I honestly believe this would not have happened as smoothly and easily as it did without the wonderful help from Abby. I also met some of Abby's colleagues when viewing properties and visiting the office and was highly impressed with everybody with whom I came into contact with. I would not hesitate to recommend Pymm and Co in the future.

At every stage of the process, the staff at Pymm & Co were exceptional: they worked hard for me to ensure my house was marketed properly, keeping me informed of progress and giving me regular feedback. A sale was secured in five weeks, subject to contract. The folk in the office who liaised between me, my buyer and the solicitors did everything possible to ensure a smooth and successful outcome. I would recommend Pymm and Co. without any hesitation, especially in these more challenging market conditions.

Disgraceful Customer Engagement I’m in the process of relocating to Norfolk. Using “On the Market” I seen a new property pop up on Tuesday 29th and I contacted Pymm&Co lettings for information. I called and left a message and contact number. The following day I called again as I hadn’t received a callback and spoke to a young colleague. I gave the property address and she abruptly cut me off mid sentence and she had some questions I needed to answer. I said I was relocating to Norfolk. So are you working or in receipt of an offer? I said No, sadly i’m currently in receipt of Universal credit. I was immediately told to move forward I would have to pay 12 months Rent in Advance!! I mentioned a guarantor, I never even got a reply to that. She started talking at me again telling me she couldn’t help me, I just hung up. That’s £10,470.00 up front. I really hope the owner of this property knows who they’ve assigned it to..I’ve been in customer facing trade management for 30years and they are in need of some serious help with customer engagement. A blunt and degrading experience. Luckily there are alot of pleasant, helpful letting agents in the Norfolk area. Pymm&Co aren’t one of them.

I would put no stars.The moment they answered the phone for lettings. And I said I was interested in property X. Before they even knew my name or anything. I was bombarded with this.The tenant must be a professional. By that we mean working professional". I said they were discriminating. "Let me finish". she said. " If you have adverse credit we can still do it. But you would need to pay the whole years rent up front". Disgraceful. Discriminating . Stear well clear.

Recently I had an issue and was supported very well by Samuel, he's a merit to his company. The rest of the staff I have dealt with have also been in contact with incredible, but leaving an individual review for everyone would take some time!
