Used Pymms a couple of times now to let our cottage. I have always found Pymms to be responsive and efficient. I usually deal with Mel, who is great, she has good knowledge, she is always friendly and professional and gets the job done. I would recommend based on my experience.

After having terrible experiences with letting agents over the years it's overwhelmingly refreshing to have a fantastic experience with Pymm and Co. If there are any issues they are on the ball and get it resolved as soon as humanly possible, our oven broke just before Christmas and Megan had it resolved in a couple of days. Incredibly helpful with anything needed so I would hugely recommend them!

I had an emergency problem with a leaky tap that had caused damage to the ceiling below. I called the office and within 5 minutes there was a plumber here to sort the problem. Megan from the office kept be up dated with what was happening and also organised a contractor to provide a quote to fix the ceiling the next day.

I have bought two flats through Leon now and both times he has provided excellent service, going above and beyond. He's very friendly and approachable and does everything he says he will. Jack did my viewing this time and again was friendly and approachable. He also met me at the flat on short notice to sort some bits out (which Leon arranged for me) and was every helpful.

GoogleWe bought through Pymm and Co and they tried to force through our sale by telling us that the seller would pull out if we didn't complete by 'x' date, which wasn't even possible because we were waiting on help-to-buy funds. Our solicitor promptly told us this was a total lie and the seller's solicitor knew nothing about any such ultimatum and pondered why the agent even felt the need to be involved at this stage - speculating probably to get their commission through quicker. Is it really worth putting people who are buying a house through that kind of upset and stress? Is it worth the inevitable bad review? I hope it is. Play stupid games, get stupid prizes.

GoogleAs a family we have had dealings with Pymm & Co for renting, letting and selling properties. So I think this can be considered a 360° review. In all our dealings with this company, we have found them to be friendly, efficient and reliable. They are willing to help tenants negotiate a fair deal and support landlords when the going gets tough. But their management of sales (& the pitfalls therein) is second to none. The housing market has been extremely volatile recently, but their sales team are excellent communicators. Always going the ‘extra mile’ to keep everyone informed in a timely,honest manner. They deserve this 5 star review and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to deal with any housing issue, be it renting, letting, or selling.

GooglePymm and co have been my managing agent for over two years. As a landlord, I am delighted with their service. They are knowledgeable about all aspects of tenancies, including health and safety, and that gives me great confidence. They arrange repairs quickly and at reasonable cost. Most importantly, I feel that that give a great service to my tenant too. All the staff are really helpful courteous professionals, but I would like to particularly single out Andra Banks for going the extra mile in her customer focus; she- she always remembers me, is reassuring and consistently follows through on promises. I can’t recommend Pymm and Co highly enough. July 2022- As an update to my original review, I would like to add that I have recently been dealing with Property Manager, Lexi Mulley. She has been fantastic to deal with - proactive in her actions and superb at keeping me informed. It’s a great service and I trust Lexi and Pymm and Co with my property. GoogleLooking for a property in Norwich I had many dealings with estate agents, some good, some awful. Alisha at Pymm and Co was by far the best, she got us into our new flat a couple of days ahead of the advertised date, did everything in her power to accommodate us and even chased the landlord for paperwork which was missing on a bank holiday. She also managed to get us our keys on a day where she wasn’t in the office, again she was generally very proactive, reassuring and helpful. I’d also like to add that Theresa who showed us around our property was also lovely, knowledgeable and generally pleasant to deal with.

GoogleWe recently bought a house through Pymm & Co. Leon dealt with our matter and he was absolutely amazing throughout. As first time buyers we had no idea what to expect but he kept us updated regularly, explained everything to us in detail, and generally made the whole process as stress free as possible. Nothing was too much trouble and any he was happy to help us with any questions we had no matter what they were. We couldn't thank him enough and we even got a lovely welcome hamper when we collected the keys which we thought was a nice touch.
