I rarely leave reviews but Leon at Pymm &. Co has definitely earnt a 5 star review working on our case. We are buying through Pymm and ended up in quite a complicated situation with sales that weren’t moving by fast enough and a tricky developer at the top of the chain. He was amazing at keeping us informed, giving advice and putting our minds at ease during a really stressful time leading up to exchange. Leon definitely played an integral role in getting us over the line and his honesty and matter of fact approach was appreciated more than I can say. If I wasn’t put off moving any time in the future I’d definitely market with Pymm and would recommend them to anyone. Excellent service 👌🏻

Right from the beginning, Pymm and Co Estate agent was very amenable. Once they had all the facts about my needs they managed to rearrange some viewings so they could show me this property in my time frame. Then they were very professional when dealing with the vendor and myself. Discussing the offer, responding to phone calls and emails fairly rapidly and communicating with the solicitor when needed. All the groundwork fot the putchase of this property was done while I was out of the country, Leon worked very hard to always keep me in the loop. This was a very smooth house purchase and Pymm and Co was very efficient and professional.

The whole ordeal was a nightmare, however amber was our one constant that we could rely on to carry out her job effectively and professionally. Lillie Blackstone has now carried out two inspections of my tenanted property. The reports have arrived in my inbox the same day as the inspection was carried out and were accompanied by detailed photographic evidence of all points raised. Communication with Lillie and other members of the team has been rapid, helpful and polite. I am reassured that Pymm&Co are doing a good job of managing my property which is particularly important as I live abroad.
