TrustpilotUse Minors and Brady, they get the job done!
From start to finish Minors have been fantastic. The communication is excellent. Jasmine Fitt in after sales has been fantastic, she has kept me sane and has the best negociating skills. Her after sales care has been above and beyond expectations. I would recommend this firm to anyone. I have sold and completed in just under 4 months.

TrustpilotExcellent viewings
I had the pleasure of being shown around five properties on a Monday morning with M&B's Sam Beggs. He was punctual, knowledgable and confident - a good listener and definitely understood the real world assets I was looking for. Most of the information required was to hand and the small amount that wasn't was quickly sourced and supplied.I would highly recommend both Sam and M&B based on my experiences so far.

GoogleMinors and, Brady sold my aunts house for us. I really found this small company excellent. They kept us up to date every week. They communicated very effectively with both solicitors and we're generally very pleasant. Highly recommended.

GoogleHave had an excellent experience dealing with Minors and Brady recently. Charles Waterman showed me around several properties and was friendly and helpful without appearing pushy. He was punctual and willing to research any details that may not have been so straight forward. A good experience overall.

GoogleI have recently appointed their services on a multi agency basis due to the excellent service and advice l have received from Kris Pearce who is actually acting on behalf of my vendors. He has taken on board all of my personal situation with an aborted sale of my property and has given his valuable time to help explain matters to me and to resell my house. Additionally he is endeavouring to secure a property which l am in love with, he did not have to do this, l am so extremely grateful to him and have every confidence he will sell and secure my dream home.

TrustpilotUnprofessional
Shown round houses with minors and Brady. They didn’t turn the power on for the first viewing so we had to view a house in the dark with only the light on our phones. Multiple viewings after with no heating even though we requested it. They didn’t know anything about the house and couldn’t answer any questions. Sold my house with them as well. Mistake. Can’t speak to anyone when you do they just lie to you telling you things they think you want to hear. Every other week the person looking after you quits and leaves the company but no one tells you so you are just looking for a response. The estate agent showing people around my house was saying negative things about me all picked up and recorded on my pet cam. Over all extremely disappointed. Terrible experience that took nearly 6 months in total. Don’t use.
