After a year on the market with 4 other lowestoft agents, fanand the team managed to sell my mother's apartment within the short contract time agreed... They are strong negotiators, with oodles of patience.. What makes them different, is they match properties to suitable buyers... They work outside the box, which helped massively.. Very professional and speedy, delivering what they say, when it's needed!
