TrustpilotI have rented for over 20 years with…
I have rented for over 20 years with pretty various letting agents and have never had no issues, problems in turn it has always been a great helpful, professional and joyful experience. They have always been amazing. Though, Minor & Brady are the worst estate agency and I would not recommend anyone letting through them. They are sexist towards woman and especially mothers with children. They are racial discrimination, biased and discriminative. Never in my life I have been ill treated under the discriminatory act, They pretty much said if a man is not on a contract you are no good. On top they are thieves and NEVER give them your holding deposit money. They stole over £500 of me. And I’m sure this has happened to many other individuals that they rob from, I regret using them and now that I have proceeded such a smooth and pleasant let with another agency elsewhere I feel nothing but regret and frustration ever coming across Minor & Brady letting team in Norwich.

Easy to arrange viewings. Hannah was very professional and knowledgeable. Would be nice to have some continuity and deal with Hannah for our feedback the next day too rather than someone else.

Looking to downsize from our current property we were shown a small bungalow. Although this particular property was not for us the service we received from Emily Bygrave was superb.

TrustpilotGet the job done!
Our property was on the market for a long time with a national estate agent. Transferred to Minors and Brady and got it sold. They're very committed and hard working. Jessica Kemp as the sales progressor helped us every step of the way and was always available on the end of the phone.

Minors & Brady have been fantastic to work with from start to finish. The photography really captured my house in its best light, viewings were organised efficiently and communication was always easy with both the sales and after sales team. Rosie in particular really helped move my sale along; always responding quickly, promptly managing my requests, while offering advice and expertise along the way. All in all, the team have been fantastic and I will definitely be using Minors & Brady in the future.

TrustpilotGreat service
We used Minors and Brady to sell our property. After living in the same house for over 20 years we had little experience of the current market. Throughout we felt informed and supported, especially with Cassandra who gave us regular updates and always found answers to our questions making the process less stressful.

TrustpilotJoe at Caister
I called Minors and Brady in Caister on 15/07/2024 to arrange for our property to be valued in preparation for our re-mortgage in November this year. A man named joe answered the phone and took all our details and made arranging the valuation very easy and relaxed which is not the experience I have had with other estate agents.

TrustpilotOutstanding Service
Very impressed with the service provided by Minors & Brady, they have a seamless process throughout, from marketing our property to booking in potential buyers to moving over to the after sales team, all members of staff have been polite friendly and professional. Claire from the after-sales team has been outstanding, I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough, she has gone above and beyond helping out and ensuring that our sale went through. She’s been on hand whenever I have needed to speak with her and has kept us updated with every step throughout our sale. Highly recommended to anyone & would defiantly use them again.
